Hotel Vista Sendai

The other hotel I had booked had closed, so I had a room arranged as an alternative. I was surprised to find a higher grade room than the one I had originally reserved. When you enter through the door, there is a hallway, and the toilet, hand washing area, and bath are separate. There was also a door between the main room and the hallway, and an open closet was installed in front of it. I was surprised that the room also had a large washbasin. The furniture was simple but stylish. As soon as we entered the main room, I laughed at the child's remark, ``You can live in it!'', but... that's what the room was like. There was a large public bath on another floor, but the bath in the room was about the size and facilities of a small household, so this was sufficient. As for the amenity goods, each person had to pick up what they needed, but the drink selection was [jasmine tea, hojicha, and green tea]. I wonder if it's a strategy that they don't have regular tea or coffee in the lineup... Because of that, I gave it a 4 for the service only.

Take the transfer bus from Sendai Station and take 30 〜 40 minutes. It is an inn of Akiho Onsen. When you get off the bus, the inn will meet you. Nakai, the person in charge, guides me to the room and gives me oshibori, matcha, and Japanese sweets. After that, I gave tea confectionery and Japanese tea and told me the explanation in the building and the time for dinner and breakfast. There was an inner bath in the room and I didn't use it, but there was shampoo. There are two yukata for one person and two yukata for sleeping rolls. After taking a bath at night, I was able to change clothes after the bath the next morning when I went to bed. It was a type of sleeping roll, which was connected with a string to Jinbei style, so it was very easy when sleeping. The meal is a dining room on the second floor, but all private rooms. I was very relaxed. I stayed on Friday, but there were not many people. There were no foreign tourists and children, so I was able to spend very quiet and relaxing. Dinner was Japanese, but it changed to late Western food and was interesting. Belly full! Breakfast was Japanese, soy milk hot tofu, and there was a lot of rice instead of a snack. The bath has a sauna, and 1:00 〜 5:00 cannot be used, and men and women are replaced. Both are 1 and open 1. The bath towels and towels are stacked in a mountain, so you can hang around (although there was also a room). The large bath was a type of wind pressure. It is a pity that the garden is very beautiful and cannot walk, but if people walk, other rooms can be done, so I am convinced. It seems to be an emergency evacuation place, but the shoes are left at the entrance, so there is no emergency shoes. There is only a little store. The sweets were only delivered. The elderly may be troublesome because they use stairs to go to the room and eat meals. It was very beautiful, but I was a little worried about the carpet on the floor. Nakai was young and kindly taken care of, but I still felt like I was insufficient. The return transfer is sent to the nearby hotel because there is a bus, so you can send a car (2 〜 3 minutes) to that point. When I passed by the bus, everyone sent me. Super ”housewife shop Saichi” a little 5 minutes walk. I didn't find a vending machine, so I went shopping for a room drink.

Akiu Onsen
Booked a transfer from Sendai Station, about 35 minutes one way. Except for the Kaleidoscope Museum nearby, they are basically more natural, so no shop can be found. The hotel service is very good, breakfast and dinner are OK, is a separate house to live in, the facilities are relatively old, the English level at the front desk is not good, and the price is good. Bathing is quite comfortable.

Nice hotel and onsen bath. Got supper noodle which add values to customers. Nice experience and will revisit soon! Happy to have stayed at this hotel. Enjoyed lot. Onsen is their own which is nature, rarely available from else where. Good branding and happy with it. Love Dormy Inn group and will recommend to others too.
Dormy Inn Express Sendai Seaside

I think the biggest strength is that there is a hot spring facility. I thought the price setting was also exquisite. The cost was just under 15,000 yen per person for 1 child and 2 adults, including breakfast. Before making the reservation, I was worried about whether to make a reservation because the room seemed small, but when I actually saw it, the furniture was well arranged and it was easy to use. The abundance of electrical outlets was also helpful. The surrounding area seems to be a factory area, there are a lot of trucks, and smoke is coming out from what looks like a factory, so I wonder if I chose the wrong hotel. However, the service and ideas made up for the negative aspects, and after staying at the hotel, I felt that it was a great hotel. I would also like to stay at another Dormy Inn. Dormy Inn, which is close to the station, has a paid parking lot, but this one, which is far from the station, has free parking. There are some hotels that charge a fee even though they are far from the station, and I don't stay at those hotels (lol). They don't seem to be trying to provide service that is up to date with the times. For breakfast, there were signs introducing Sendai's specialties, so it was easy to understand and I enjoyed the meal. I also like the taste. Some people said it had a strong flavor, but I think the real pleasure of traveling is enjoying the seasonings tailored to the region. Unfortunately, Sasakama was out of stock 30 minutes after breakfast started. I bought some at the station, but I think it would have been better if I had eaten it for breakfast instead of eating it straight out of the bag. The Yonaki Ramen served in the evening was a simple soy sauce ramen that was delicious. It's exciting to eat together at night.

Premium version of Dormy Inn Hotel. The only difference for this hotel and Dormy Inn is they are Whole Tatami Hotel, good to experience, not allow to wear your own shoes to walk at tatami floor. Clean, with onsen and free stuff, good customer service as always.
