Location: It is a distance from Sendai Station, and you need to take a bus. Relatively speaking, it is still very convenient. There is a busy commercial street a distance away. It is convenient for eating and shopping.
Facilities: The laundry room only has two washing machines and two drying machines. Because it takes 30+30 minutes or more to use it once, you need to find the right time to avoid queuing.
The room is well-equipped with a hair dryer, a small bathtub, a desk, a refrigerator, and even a microwave.
Service: I don’t know. I have seen the front desk except for chkin out. I didn’t ask for room cleaning. There was a reminder not to put valuables, so I simply didn’t want the service.
Hygiene: The room is quite clean, but the bathroom is integrated, which will have a peculiar smell. Just close the door. If you are not used to it, there is also a sterilization aromatherapy spray in the room. Just spray it twice.
Why write a review: This room is the first one I grabbed. It’s only about 100 yuan a night, and the discount is very large. Whether to stay at the original price depends on personal preference.

The room is small, but clean and fine for a room only stay. However, there are no tea bags like those usually provided, so if you want to have a cup of hot tea, you have to go out and buy some.
The microwave is fine outside, but there is no phone to contact the front desk, and it's a shame that there is no ballpoint pen if you want to take notes.

This is a hotel that I always stay at when I'm in Sendai.
For the price I can't really say too much, but the hotel is old and the floors in the rooms were dirty and had lots of stains. It was cleaned nicely, but maybe that's because it's old.
The staff at the affiliated private parking lot were very polite, and the hotel front desk was always polite. I've written a lot about this, but it's a passing grade.
I'm very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel was simple, and the front staff were very friendly, and though the room was clean, it was one of the smallest I have stayed at. It seems to be quite an old hotel, but it’s nicely kept and the location is really good. Several convenience stores close by, and the Sendai station is also an walking distance. The lack of amenities was a disappointment, and during a pouring rain there were no umbrellas available, which was a downer.
Having said that, I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel if it’s available during my trip (I do travel to Sendai regularly)
Sorry I didn’t take photos… I was quite busy during my stay…

My family and I had a great time on this trip. The location of this hotel was very moderate and convenient. There were many shops and restaurants around for our family to choose from. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the hotel was beautiful. The breakfast was great. Very delicious, I appreciate it very much, the price/performance ratio is really good, my friend and I had a comfortable night's rest. Next time I come back, I will definitely choose this hotel. The transfer station is a very suitable hotel.

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts.
There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

Found a shortcut to the hotel! From Sendai station, walk towards the Parco 2 building, go down the stairs and walk the back alley towards Sendai Morning Market and the hotel will be right infront of you!
Staff were friendly and they had many amenities for you to choose from at the lobby! They even provided hair curling irons etc 😅 Room was clean and big enough to open 2 luggages.

To get to the hotel, go through the pedestrian deck from the west exit of Sendai Station and head towards PARCO2. If PARCO2 is open, just enter and take the escalator in the center of the front to the first floor. Exit from the Asaichi Exit at the back on the left and go straight to the left. When you see a 7-Eleven on your right, go straight and you will find it on your right. If you arrive early in the morning or at night when PARCO2 is closed, go left and you will find the elevator in front of EBeans in the building next door.
You can get any amenities you want in front of the lobby. There are slippers in the room, but if you want disposable ones, you can get them here. There are also tea powder sticks and cotton swabs.
The room key is a plug-in type, so you have to leave it at the front desk when you go out. The bathtub in the bathroom is small, so it may be a bit tight for men or large people. There was POLA shampoo and hand soap. There was also a power outlet on the bed, which was convenient.
I booked a room only, but since it has a good reputation, I paid 1,100 yen at the front desk on the day and used breakfast. It was very good that I could grill beef tongue curry and triangle fried tofu.
As mentioned in the reviews, the hotel had an oily smell in the middle of the night, which was a negative point, but overall I thought it was a good hotel, including the price.
There is a smoking area, coin laundry, and microwave at the back of the front desk on the first floor. It varies on each floor, but on the floor where I stayed there was an ice maker, Coca-Cola vending machine, and trouser press in front of the elevator.
It's a reasonably priced business hotel, so I got the impression that there were a lot of male guests.

Outstanding
AAmanda ChngIt's my 2nd stay here in this hotel, and I love it. Nice room layout, ample space for a solo occupant, comfy bed, and pillows. I like the bit where i can open window slight ajar for ventilation. A little corner to lounge, sip my morning coffee, and watch the street bustle below. Good amenities are provided, and service staffs were polite and helpful.
IISsey MiYakeI love this hotel so much.
Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel.
Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far )
If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go.
We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car.
Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.
77z8zTraveller3-4 mins walk from Sendai Station. It’s well located and it’s super clean. Staffs were super friendly and helpful. Hotel for 3 of us was great, spacious and facilities inside the room was awesome for the amount I paid! Definitely value for money! Thank you and I will book this again if I ever come Sendai 🤙🏻
AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
QqyochinThis is the more expensive one of the two nights I stayed in Sendai. Of course, I later heard that it was a national holiday in Japan so the room rate was more than doubled compared to weekdays. The room was super small, of course, this is the only way for a Japanese B&B, but it is small but complete, with everything, and the sanitary conditions are OK.
Poseidon Onsen: It is just a bathhouse, but there is only a dpa, and I didn’t make an appointment for a massage. Bad review, the Japanese middle-aged man who did the massage seemed to be aggrieved
Soba noodles in the evening: I didn’t eat it
AAnonymous UserSendai is a city in Japan’s Tohoku Region, northeast of Tokyo on Honshu island. The remains of 17th-century Sendai Castle, built for samurai lord Date Masamune on Aoba Hill, overlook the city and include a museum of historic artifacts. The Sendai City Museum focuses on the history and culture of Japan’s Edo period, and displays Masamune’s samurai armor.
KKOK HOONGThis capsule hostel is located at a shopping street with lots of restaurants and eateries which is walking distance to Sendai station. The environment is sparkling clean with nice facilities & amenities eg.open hot tubs bath and sauna, rest room etc. Service staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is that you need to pay for keeping your big luggage which doesn't fit into a small locker provided for free. You pay 100yen for a wire rope which chain your big luggage at a side of the lobby. Overall it is a good budget capsule hostel. I will choose it if visit Sendai again.
AAzmalAt Breakfast buffet they serve food with all the allergy ingredients but it was not at all clearly mentioned if it has pork or beef or chicken.
Example : there was a potato salad where it says they do not have pork in it but found out that they put pork sausage inside them while eating and they will will let you know after you ask them.
If they would have mentioned clearly it would be better to reconsider when you have allergy issues.
I feel that was poorly organized.
Please be careful with the allergy issues before eating during the breakfast and ask them in details about the ingredients if you feel confused.
GGustavo TozzoIn complete contrast to my previous night at a different city, coming to this hotel was a total change.
Friendly desk staff, helpful and accommodating. Well informed and willing to help.
The room was small but enough for one night. The bed was really comfortable as well.
The hotel has a Hot Bad that accommodates 4~6 people at once.
Really wonderful being able to take a very hot bad at such large place.
and all at no extra charge.
Only thing bad I have to say about the place is there was this smell of ”fresh” paint all throughout.
Bothered me a bit, but it was easy to put up with.
I will be staying again in October and look forward to it.
Unfortunately I took no photos. Will do so next time.
