It's my 2nd stay here in this hotel, and I love it. Nice room layout, ample space for a solo occupant, comfy bed, and pillows. I like the bit where i can open window slight ajar for ventilation. A little corner to lounge, sip my morning coffee, and watch the street bustle below. Good amenities are provided, and service staffs were polite and helpful.

Traveling with my mom. Room was fairly decent size- love the available bath products and face care products at the lobby. The bathroom was also clean. Great view out the window. Staff were a little inexperienced with requests to ship luggage to another hotel however and forgot to give receipt. I also cannot read or write japanese but was asked to put the address down myself- at other hotels the concierge wrote the address for us.

Found a shortcut to the hotel! From Sendai station, walk towards the Parco 2 building, go down the stairs and walk the back alley towards Sendai Morning Market and the hotel will be right infront of you!
Staff were friendly and they had many amenities for you to choose from at the lobby! They even provided hair curling irons etc š Room was clean and big enough to open 2 luggages.

The hotel was perfectly nice for a short stay. It is just over 5 mins walk from JR Sendai stationās West Exit. You need to navigate elevated walkways, walk past a store called āLoftā and walk to the end of the elevated walkway, to a building called āLabi Sendaiā. Itās got a Daiso in it. A lift will take you down to street level on the same side of the road as the hotel.
I had a single room and it was reasonably spacious. What struck me was how nicely appointed it felt. At the bedside was a small sofa with a table, which was a good place to put all my things and charge my electronic devices. The bed was comfortable for me and the bathroom was fine. The only thing missing in the room was a safe to store my valuables while I was out for the day. I had to lock my laptop in my suitcase.

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts.
There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

To get to the hotel, go through the pedestrian deck from the west exit of Sendai Station and head towards PARCO2. If PARCO2 is open, just enter and take the escalator in the center of the front to the first floor. Exit from the Asaichi Exit at the back on the left and go straight to the left. When you see a 7-Eleven on your right, go straight and you will find it on your right. If you arrive early in the morning or at night when PARCO2 is closed, go left and you will find the elevator in front of EBeans in the building next door.
You can get any amenities you want in front of the lobby. There are slippers in the room, but if you want disposable ones, you can get them here. There are also tea powder sticks and cotton swabs.
The room key is a plug-in type, so you have to leave it at the front desk when you go out. The bathtub in the bathroom is small, so it may be a bit tight for men or large people. There was POLA shampoo and hand soap. There was also a power outlet on the bed, which was convenient.
I booked a room only, but since it has a good reputation, I paid 1,100 yen at the front desk on the day and used breakfast. It was very good that I could grill beef tongue curry and triangle fried tofu.
As mentioned in the reviews, the hotel had an oily smell in the middle of the night, which was a negative point, but overall I thought it was a good hotel, including the price.
There is a smoking area, coin laundry, and microwave at the back of the front desk on the first floor. It varies on each floor, but on the floor where I stayed there was an ice maker, Coca-Cola vending machine, and trouser press in front of the elevator.
It's a reasonably priced business hotel, so I got the impression that there were a lot of male guests.

At Breakfast buffet they serve food with all the allergy ingredients but it was not at all clearly mentioned if it has pork or beef or chicken.
Example : there was a potato salad where it says they do not have pork in it but found out that they put pork sausage inside them while eating and they will will let you know after you ask them.
If they would have mentioned clearly it would be better to reconsider when you have allergy issues.
I feel that was poorly organized.
Please be careful with the allergy issues before eating during the breakfast and ask them in details about the ingredients if you feel confused.

The room I stayed in this time was on the 18th floor, and I felt that the space was a little bigger.
The hotel's breakfast was OK, and you could make your own seafood rice. There were also Sendai-style snacks for breakfast. The second floor of the hotel is right outside the central exit of Sendai Station, and it's a 5-minute walk to Sendai Airport by taking the Airport Line.

Located in side JR station where one is pampered by the variety of restaurants and amenities. The room is of good size and clean; breakfast is simple but was disappointed with no omelet making counter.

IISsey MiYakeI love this hotel so much.
Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel.
Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far )
If you didnāt book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go.
We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car.
Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.
NNussabaThe room is a bit small for three persons, though i think it is the normal room size in japan. It is still worth the money. The hotel provides sharing space next to their lobby with all day snack bar and night light meal. The onsen is nice but i think a bit too hot.
Overall, love the place
AAnonymous UserHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didnāt try the breakfast. And itās actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
QqyochinThis is the more expensive one of the two nights I stayed in Sendai. Of course, I later heard that it was a national holiday in Japan so the room rate was more than doubled compared to weekdays. The room was super small, of course, this is the only way for a Japanese B&B, but it is small but complete, with everything, and the sanitary conditions are OK.
Poseidon Onsen: It is just a bathhouse, but there is only a dpa, and I didnāt make an appointment for a massage. Bad review, the Japanese middle-aged man who did the massage seemed to be aggrieved
Soba noodles in the evening: I didnāt eat it
KKOK HOONGThis capsule hostel is located at a shopping street with lots of restaurants and eateries which is walking distance to Sendai station. The environment is sparkling clean with nice facilities & amenities eg.open hot tubs bath and sauna, rest room etc. Service staff at the counter are friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming is that you need to pay for keeping your big luggage which doesn't fit into a small locker provided for free. You pay 100yen for a wire rope which chain your big luggage at a side of the lobby. Overall it is a good budget capsule hostel. I will choose it if visit Sendai again.
GGustavo TozzoIn complete contrast to my previous night at a different city, coming to this hotel was a total change.
Friendly desk staff, helpful and accommodating. Well informed and willing to help.
The room was small but enough for one night. The bed was really comfortable as well.
The hotel has a Hot Bad that accommodates 4~6 people at once.
Really wonderful being able to take a very hot bad at such large place.
and all at no extra charge.
Only thing bad I have to say about the place is there was this smell of āfreshā paint all throughout.
Bothered me a bit, but it was easy to put up with.
I will be staying again in October and look forward to it.
Unfortunately I took no photos. Will do so next time.
GGustavo TozzoThe hotel was simple, and the front staff were very friendly, and though the room was clean, it was one of the smallest I have stayed at. It seems to be quite an old hotel, but itās nicely kept and the location is really good. Several convenience stores close by, and the Sendai station is also an walking distance. The lack of amenities was a disappointment, and during a pouring rain there were no umbrellas available, which was a downer.
Having said that, I would not hesitate to stay again at this hotel if itās available during my trip (I do travel to Sendai regularly)
Sorry I didnāt take photosā¦ I was quite busy during my stayā¦
GGuest UserThe hotel is very good. Although it is older and the rooms are smaller, it is clean and the facilities are in good condition. Moreover, the hotel also gave away snacks, which were super delicious and valuable, costing only ten yuan each! The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming, and the signatures of some famous people are hanging in the lobby. I know Miura Yuka.
Hotels booked on Ctrip are very expensive, maybe because of big data. It is better not to use domestic software overseas. Download agoda. Booking hotels is convenient and cheap, and you donāt need to fill in a lot of personal information like in China.
