I love this hotel so much. Room is super spacious and love the scent of this hotel once you step into this hotel. Walking distance to many places such as Sendai Morning Market , donki donki, Japanese local restaurants and Sendai Station ( a bit far ) If you didn’t book breakfast here is fine too, there are some restaurant nearby early in the morning for English Breakfast or to go. We drove our car here , however you need to pay JPY 1500 per day to park your car. Reception is at 26th floor so once you park your car you need to take lift to lobby and from lobby take another lift to reception check in.

The hotel is modern and the room is larger by Japanese standard. As practised by most hotels, amenities like toothbrushes and tea bags can be taken from the reception counter. The hotel has thoughtfully provided small plastic bags for customers to bag the amenities though I see this as counter to their green efforts. There is a laundry room, but the wash may not be thorough as my clothes did not come out smelling fresh.

Location is great, very close to the East exit of the train station. Good size room but housecleaning is a bit sloppy. Found hair on the bed and an unwanted hair band on the floor the day when we checked in. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.

Good location very near Sendai Station Nice room & hotel decor is modern Dining & shops around I chose a queen bed room I stay on the 15th floor (train platform side) I think the other side facing the taxi stand may have better view However one side of the bed is lower so not very comfortable Air ventilation in toilet need to be improved especially the bath area Breakfast is good I like the fresh kiwi vegetable juice & cold cut beef One thing to improve in toilet (no hangers for clothes)

The hotel is a certain distance from Sendai Station. Although it is very close to Hirose Dori Subway Station, you need to transfer at Sendai Station. The transfer time is about the same as the walking time to the hotel. It is okay if you walk on the pedestrian street (Figure 3). There is a 7-11 downstairs of the hotel, and Mitsukoshi Department Store is diagonally opposite to the right. There are few tourists in the mall, and e-pancakes are free to buy without restrictions. Sendai Morning Market (Figure 2) is close to Sendai Station. It is a very short street. It doesn’t matter if you are in a hurry. There were no non-smoking rooms available when I booked so there's nothing I can do. The corridor on level 9 do have the smell of stale cigarette smoke but inside the room is fine. The air purifier in the room isn't working well exactly but overall the room facilities are still decent. I had a comfortable stay of four nights.

I am very grateful for the courteous service from check-in to check-out. The coin laundry machines for men and women in the large public bath were very convenient, and I was very grateful to be able to use the dryer while taking a bath. There were also many amenities available, making it a wonderful stay.

Found a shortcut to the hotel! From Sendai station, walk towards the Parco 2 building, go down the stairs and walk the back alley towards Sendai Morning Market and the hotel will be right infront of you! Staff were friendly and they had many amenities for you to choose from at the lobby! They even provided hair curling irons etc 😅 Room was clean and big enough to open 2 luggages.

For my mother who has difficulty walking, they were very accommodating and kind, changing our room to one near the elevator! The baths and views in the main building were also amazing ♪ The baths in the annex were closed due to repairs, but we were able to use the baths at the nearby Zuiho, which was very satisfying! There were also many shuttle buses, which was very helpful!

The hotel is very good. Although it is older and the rooms are smaller, it is clean and the facilities are in good condition. Moreover, the hotel also gave away snacks, which were super delicious and valuable, costing only ten yuan each!
