The hotel is around 7 minutes walk to Sendai station east exit. There's an escalator to the station so it's easy to drag the suitcase to and from the hotel. The room is very spacious compared to the usual Japanese business hotel, with a reasonable price. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.
A typical new business hotel with simple facilities, simple breakfast, clean and well managed!
But it lacks human touch! You can drink coffee during afternoon tea time, but the staff will prohibit you from using the small oven next to it as soon as you start using it. After breakfast, I ate a strawberry in the dining area, but another staff member immediately banned me! Without any signs around, it feels unfriendly!
It is far from the center, but there is a subway nearby and it can be reached to the Sendai station. How the hub is not recommended, TK the main and useful developments are from the Sendai Station.

It was fun to see the Shinkansen and conventional lines at the end of the 20th floor. It was a nice room. Apa has good amenities, isn't it?
I feel special because I don't get to this room.

The hotel is very good, especially its location.
The only thing ”negative” was that the chair and the desk were not compatible, i.e. that it doesn't fit with the leg, but the other thing is good.

The facilities were good and they were very friendly. I thought it was a bad place because I thought it was a place with few foreigners, but it was really nice. This is a hotel I definitely want to stay at next time I go on a trip.

It was very clean. Not only the large communal bath, but also the dressing room is large, washroom? There was a big mirror in it, and I was able to dry my hair slowly with a hair dryer.

The room is not big like other accommodations in Japan, but overall it is pretty good, with a high CP value. The room has a small refrigerator and microwave. The service of the front desk staff is very good. The hotel is not far from the subway station, and it is also convenient to go to West Park to see the cherry blossoms. Don Quijote and 7-11 are next to it.
The hotel arrival was late, but the reception was good
Breakfast was good and good
I think the bathroom is quite small (the person with good physique is severe)
It's enough to sleep.
