"Honestly everything from start to finish was great about this hotel. Employees spoke english, rooms were spacious, nice and modern. Location was in sendai station with malls, food and sightseeing everywhere.  Sendai is also the home of gyutan. Try it, honestly. If I had something to complain about it would be that one of the 3 elevators only go to the 3rd floor and not 1st."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the station, with a large shopping mall nearby. There is an onsen and a restaurant in the hotel itself, but the breakfast cost more than stated in the description. The rooms are equipped with a shower, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, and dehumidifier, and the beds are quite comfortable. Pajamas are provided, and other amenities can be picked up at the reception if needed"

"I had a wonderful stay at Ryokan Tsukasa in Sendai. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. My room was beautifully designed in the style of a traditional Japanese house, and I had the unique experience of sleeping on the floor like a true Japanese. I also loved wearing the traditional robe provided in the room — it added an authentic touch to the stay. Everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend this ryokan to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience in Sendai!"

"I booked my flight and hotel in a hurry this time, and there weren't many options to choose from. Staying on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays is more expensive. ✿Location: At the end of the shopping street, next to the Abe Kamaboko store, about ten minutes from Sendai Station, very convenient. ✿Facilities: Free hot springs are provided♨️, but men and women share the same one, just at different times. If you return to the hotel later, you will miss the hot spring♨️! The hot spring pool and shower room are not big, the smallest part is the place for washing and changing clothes, it will be crowded if there are many people! ✿ Facilities: Free tea and coffee, toiletries, two washing machines, comic books are provided next to the hot spring ♨️ area, and luggage can be stored for free. ✿Room price: HKD 1,136 per person/two nights + one day breakfast Because we booked the hotel too late, we booked separately, and the price will be cheaper than booking together! ✿Room type: Single room (smoking) The smoke removal was good, but the wallpaper was peeling, the glass windows were dirty, and there was a big hole in the wall behind the TV with a lot of dust, but fortunately there were no insects! ✿Bathroom: A bit small, but most Japanese hotels are like this ✿Buffet breakfast: Overall it was average. There was Sendai's specialty fish cake, but it was cold. It's better to eat out."

"A nice little hotel, conveniently located near the Sendai Station and is easy to find. The artificial public hot bath, though small, is nice to get rid of fatigue after a day's tour. The breakfast place is a bit small but the food is very nice with sashimi. A bit disappointed though as they didn't serve beef tongue curry (beef curry instead) on the day of my stay, but overall quite a good hotel and will book again if I ever visit Sendai again."

"It was a perfect stay. Everything including amenities, services, beds, facilities was awesome. Room is very clean and new, employees are so kind. Especially, we had left our belongings in the safe, and realized it after we arrived at tokyo. We made a call to this hotel and the manager handled this situation very professionally! They made a delivery to tokyo, which arrived early in the next morning, so we are now at narita airport without stopping by sendai again!! Definitely willing to stay here again if I have a chance to visit sendai again. Thank you so much!"

"Хороший отель карманного типа для недолгого пребывания. Есть всё необходимое, чисто, однако очень мало места, учитывайте это при желании заселиться с большим количеством багажа. Приятные завтраки - часть еды европейского типа, часть японского. В небольшом онсене так же комфортно отдохнуть после дня походов по достопримечательностям. Вывод: хороший стандартный отель - персонал общается на английском."

"Relaxing, clean rooms and beds, welcome sweets in the room, large public bath (for men only) where you can take a leisurely bath in the morning. Ice cream after the sauna, midnight noodles, breakfast is easy to eat in small bowls. At the lobby entrance, there are tables, chairs, and a counter with outlets for when you meet your pick-up, and free coffee and tea are also available. Both Jozenji Street and Sendai Station are within a 10-minute walk. I was very satisfied."
