The room is clean and the room’s view is wonderful. The hotel is near the station and there is elevators on the way to station.

Great location! Few minutes walk from Sendai station and surround with lots of shops, restaurants and department store. There are 7-eleven and Starbucks at the first floor. The room is very nice. Everything is new, clean, with good space for two 28” luggage to open at the same time and we still can walk around the room. The staffs were so nice and provided prompt support. We found problem about the hair dryer at midnight and the staff changed a new one to us immediately.
There are free amenities that you could pick at lobby.
Highly recommend and would definitely choose this hotel if we have a chance to visit Sendai again 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nice modern business hotel convenient located close to Sendai Station with a starbucks and convenient store located on the ground floor. The hotel is also within 1 min walk to the Sendai Morning Market where there is nice ramen. I stayed here for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was very clean and modern.

The hotel is located close to the Sendai Station, with an underground exit (東西線西1出口）just right next to the hotel, which can access to the JR Sendai station.
The hotel and the room are generally quite clean, but a few stains of moulds were found in the bathroom which could be improved.
Free to get skincare sample packs, cotton pads and mouth washes on the lobby floor. Good for ladies!
7/11, starbucks are just underneath the hotel on the 1/F. Opposite the hotel are also breakfast shops and restaurants.

Hotel was within a short walk from the station, which was convenient. Surrounded by several convenience stores and eateries too. Hotel itself was clean and professionally run. Also has an easily operated coin laundry. Definitely would return again!

The location is perfect and parking is convenient. It’s very close to nearby shopping streets, and the morning market is just around the corner.
However, the carpet in the room was dirty. The front desk staff seemed a bit rigid, possibly trying to avoid hassle, but the housekeeping staff were very friendly in the morning.

great loacation, just a few minutes walk from station. lots of food and shopping nearby. convenience store at hotel building. Has self laundry and microwave, amenities (including drip coffee) provided. staff are friendly and professional, they helped keep my luggage overnight between my two bookings. room is spacious and clean, bathroom is quite large.
as the room face the street, it is a bit noisy in the evening as people leave restaurants after dinner/drinking.
