The staff at both check-in and check-out were very nice. If there is an opportunity, I would like to use it again.

It's a normal Toyoko IN. However, the Toyoko IN, which is closer to the station, has recently opened in Sendai, so I think I will use that instead.

Everything was perfect, but I was very disappointed with the breakfast in the morning. 1. When the customer is picking up the ingredients, the old lady who disturbs us and adds the ingredients and the old lady who adds the ingredients. 2. Washing dishes clatteringly in the washing area while a customer is eating is really annoying behavior. I want the old ladies who serve meals to the people around them and the customers to act and work while thinking a little more. I didn't see her name, but she was a petite, skinny old lady. Please educate that old woman a little more. I want to bother you again.

The toilet and bath door were broken and couldn't be opened, and the humidifier was broken and couldn't be used.

When I turn on the TV, the first thing I hear is, ``I'm listening to this to avoid food waste.'' ``Do you want to have breakfast? Or not?'' appeared on the screen, but I didn't know what to choose, so I ended up watching the broadcast without replying. There may have been an instruction manual in the room, but I couldn't do anything with the OK button or the channel selection button, so I gave up. However, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I didn't respond on TV, but I'm glad I got to eat properly.

The room was normal and there were no particular inconveniences. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance to several destinations in the arcade. The breakfast hall was very crowded in the morning, very crowded, and there was a long line in front of the elevator, which was not good. There were a few people at the front desk, but they just watched the queue and didn't really do anything to improve the situation. Crowds should be controlled by handing out cards for each time period at check-in and by allocating the number of people. This is what other hotels have done, so you should learn from them. The tray was dirty and I was disappointed. Out of the three plates I picked up, two had caked-on dirt on them, which I didn't like. Amazing probability... As usual, it was super crowded and there was a line behind me, so I couldn't put the plate back once I had taken it, so I ended up putting the food in a dirty plate. I don't know if you wash them by hand or in the dishwasher, but even though I don't normally want to line them up without noticing the dirt, I have to be even more careful in this time of coronavirus. Even if breakfast is free, I don't want to eat it if I have to serve it on a dirty plate. I don't think it's good whether it's cheap or bad. This incident just before check-out left me with a bad impression of this hotel. I don't think I'll choose it next time unless there is a serious issue.

１月２２日から３泊。灰皿は灰は、ゴミ箱に入れるか質問しました、灰皿ごと出してと優しく返答、好感もてた。朝５時に新聞取りに行くと、朝食の支度の人とフロントの人がいて、始発より早いので好感した。シーツ、タオルが白色で、清潔感あり、部屋が広い、テレビ大きい。風呂場の洗濯物を干す、ホテルランドリーロープが、便利で良い。新聞が無い時が多いのがマイナス点。

市街地にあり、繁華街からも徒歩圏で便利。朝食も無料のサービスと言うことだが品数もそこそこにあり十分な内容で満足。ただ、入口が狭い道路に面しており自動車で利用する方にはわかりにくく入りにくいところが残念。 総じて満足のいくホテルです。 今度は入口も確認できたので機会があれば又利用したい。
