Hotel Dormy Inn Express Sendai Hirosedoori Reviews

The room has a black wall pillar that was disturbing when sleeping. Felt as if something is looking at you while sleeping. Felt a bit eerie. Other than that, you have to go to their sister hotel for the public bathroom. On top of that, it mentioned it had carpark but it did not mention that it cannot take a kei car. Ended up i have to park at a public carpark station which is very expensive.

Nice food, nice breakfast n good location.. Free ramen at 9pm is a plus point too

I made a reservation for 1 adult and 2 children, but it was actually booked for 1 adult and 1 child on site and the room was a double bed, so I couldn't sleep. The open-air bath was only for men, so I had to move to another hotel in the same chain nearby. Next time I think I'll choose a different site and hotel.

One subway stop from Sendai Station. The building is right next to the subway station entrance. Close to shopping areas such as Hapina Arcade and Oomachi. Free washing machine/dryer. Inexpensive price even with breakfast included. Delicious breakfast. Yogurt after morning bath, ice cream after evening bath, etc. This is my favorite Japanese business hotel I've ever experienced.

Hirosedori Station is about a 1-minute walk away, so it's convenient when it's raining or bad weather. The bath is not a hot spring, and there are only three places to wash your body, so you often have to wait. However, you can use the hot spring of a group company across the street, so I recommend that. There are twice as many washing places, and they were clean.

The room equipment is very old-fashioned, and you need to bring enough conversion plugs. The hotel has a relatively long history, and you need to use a key to open the door, but because it is old, the room is relatively large compared to other hotels. It is a distance from Sendai Station, about 10-15 minutes on foot. There is a Southeast Asian boy at the front desk of the hotel who is very polite and can speak Japanese and English fluently, and the correspondence is very good.

Regarding the location, it was easy to take action because it was in the middle point between Sendai Station and Kokubuncho. I stayed in a Japanese-style room, but I think it was suitable for a family of 5 with 2 simple beds and 1 set of futons. Children of elementary school and preschoolers were also pleased. The bathroom is for men only, and women will use the nearby Dormy Inn (3 minutes on foot)... It was raining and it was a little inconvenient. It would be even better if there was a women's bathroom. I had a delicious Chinese soba at midnight. Thank you very much.

It was close to Sendai station and easy to go sightseeing. The hotel's response was very good, and the breakfast The beef tongue curry was delicious.

If there is a dormy inn near the destination for family trips and business trips I definitely use it. We think that it is lower rank in dormy inn. The service is the same everywhere, but it was a pity that the interior decoration was old and there was no sense of cleanliness. The Dormy Inn I used in the past was fully booked, so I stayed for a trial, but I don't think it will be reused.
