Very comfort hotel! I’ll come back again

Excellent facilities , friendly staff.

Very nice and convenient hotel, right center of the city, near Sendai station, bus stops and 2 metro stations. It’s good for travelers and businessman. I booked the room without breakfast cause there are convenience stores surrounding.

Good location, public bath is very small, room is small and getting old.

The room is of a good size and very clean. The breakfast is simple, a fusion of Japanese and Western styles, not pure Japanese style. It is one stop away from Sendai Station, and you can take the subway or bus. Facilities Large bath: two pools, no steam room. Facilities: Toiletries are available by the front desk.

The hotel is a certain distance from Sendai Station. Although it is very close to Hirose Dori Subway Station, you need to transfer at Sendai Station. The transfer time is about the same as the walking time to the hotel. It is okay if you walk on the pedestrian street (Figure 3). There is a 7-11 downstairs of the hotel, and Mitsukoshi Department Store is diagonally opposite to the right. There are few tourists in the mall, and e-pancakes are free to buy without restrictions. Sendai Morning Market (Figure 2) is close to Sendai Station. It is a very short street. It doesn’t matter if you are in a hurry. Large bathhouse: You can scan the TV in the room to see how many people are in the bathhouse

The hotel is not at fault. I think this is due to differences in usage and national character, but Foreigners have bad manners in the large public bath. They leave the wash area as it is after using it, pour the water into the basin and leave the shower in it, and in the changing room they fiddle with their cell phones and even make calls. Of course they leave the sink empty, and leave hair on the floor as it is. Other than that, there were no particular problems and it was a good hotel. I would like to use it again, but I would like them to step up patrols.

This was my second stay. It was great, the large public bath was comfortable and I was able to use it. The food was also delicious. I wish there were more TV channels.

It seemed like a Chinese group was staying there at the time, and although the hotel was not at fault, the public bath was crowded and occupied, making it uncomfortable. The bath was also quite dirty, so I wanted to rinse it off in the shower and get out quickly, but there were Chinese people lining up at the washing area, so I had no choice but to leave. I think it would be good if group guests could decide on a time for using the public bath to some extent, or make this known to other guests as well. Also, since I stayed multiple nights, I used the coin laundry, but some people did not come to empty their laundry for more than 30 minutes even after it had finished, and several groups of people had to wait their turn. I contacted the front desk and asked them to take care of it, and they did so immediately, which was very helpful.

The hotel is located in the core of the central business district, close to the pedestrian street, with nearby restaurants, shopping and consumption. It is worth mentioning that there is a hot spring spa on the 18th floor of the hotel, which is a relatively rare facility in city center hotels.

Very good location. Arcade, station, and bars are all within walking distance. Near McDonald's and convenience store. Bed comfortable. The large public bath is average. Honestly, the large bath is better at Dormy Inn. Parking is available, but there is a fee. Because it is a business building, it takes time to get in and out.

It's a very quiet and comfortable hotel😆🎵🎵The location is great, and it's convenient for everything from shopping to dining. I recommend it.

The hotel is a little far from the station, but it's actually just a short walk along the shopping street. The facilities are very new, the large bathhouse is spacious and comfortable, and there are many beef tongue restaurants nearby.

I think the true character of a hotel lies in the attitude and consideration of the cleaners. There were days when I had to work all day, and I was impressed to see the cleaners working so dignifiedly during the day. They kindly offered to leave me some extra coffee, which made me happy. The restaurant downstairs was delicious, and that alone made me want to enjoy another hotel stay.
