設備、サービスなどは申し分なし、残念だったのは、和洋折衷のお料理。こちらでは普通に提供とのこと。和食のシェフの作る洋食はやはり無理がある。

The facilities and services are impeccable, but what was disappointing was the Japanese-Western cuisine. It is normally provided here. Western food made by a Japanese chef is unreasonable.

Take the transfer bus from Sendai Station and take 30 〜 40 minutes. It is an inn of Akiho Onsen. When you get off the bus, the inn will meet you. Nakai, the person in charge, guides me to the room and gives me oshibori, matcha, and Japanese sweets. After that, I gave tea confectionery and Japanese tea and told me the explanation in the building and the time for dinner and breakfast. There was an inner bath in the room and I didn't use it, but there was shampoo. There are two yukata for one person and two yukata for sleeping rolls. After taking a bath at night, I was able to change clothes after the bath the next morning when I went to bed. It was a type of sleeping roll, which was connected with a string to Jinbei style, so it was very easy when sleeping. The meal is a dining room on the second floor, but all private rooms. I was very relaxed. I stayed on Friday, but there were not many people. There were no foreign tourists and children, so I was able to spend very quiet and relaxing. Dinner was Japanese, but it changed to late Western food and was interesting. Belly full! Breakfast was Japanese, soy milk hot tofu, and there was a lot of rice instead of a snack. The bath has a sauna, and 1:00 〜 5:00 cannot be used, and men and women are replaced. Both are １ and open １. The bath towels and towels are stacked in a mountain, so you can hang around (although there was also a room). The large bath was a type of wind pressure. It is a pity that the garden is very beautiful and cannot walk, but if people walk, other rooms can be done, so I am convinced. It seems to be an emergency evacuation place, but the shoes are left at the entrance, so there is no emergency shoes. There is only a little store. The sweets were only delivered. The elderly may be troublesome because they use stairs to go to the room and eat meals. It was very beautiful, but I was a little worried about the carpet on the floor. Nakai was young and kindly taken care of, but I still felt like I was insufficient. The return transfer is sent to the nearby hotel because there is a bus, so you can send a car (2 〜 3 minutes) to that point. When I passed by the bus, everyone sent me. Super ”housewife shop Saichi” a little 5 minutes walk. I didn't find a vending machine, so I went shopping for a room drink.

Butler-style service, customized meals delivered to the room for enjoyment, and the open-air hot spring with excellent views, it is a great experience!

I stayed for the first time in 10 years. Because of the corona virus, all overseas travel was cancelled and I decided to plan my domestic trip. I chose Akiho Onsen, Charyo soen, which I visited 10 years ago. I thought it was a good inn with a good price, because I went to the quiet period in March 10 years ago, and I received a great hospitality, and the food was great. But this time it was really disappointing. First of all, I asked if there was a tabi and the size of the yukata for the person who gave me matcha and sweets, but it was not pleasant to correspond, and it was surprised that it was troublesome. I was told that I would have something in this room, but I didn't come even if I waited 15 minutes. Is there only mineral water in the refrigerator in the room, so beer is sold at the store? When I ask, I don't leave it. Just one word. I don't teach you nearby convenience stores, and the kindness is zero. I went back from the outing and tried to enter the hot spring, but yukata and tabi were not delivered. When I went to the restaurant, I didn't come to yukata and tabi, and I was locked and went out, so I couldn't put it in. I wondered if I was locked even if I was locked at the time of the meal. If you were only trying to enter the room when you were preparing the futon, it was good to tell you when you came back from going out. It was a meal that was impossible. The staff who served the meal was the worst, of course, the level of cooking was lower. First of all, I asked for sparkling wine, but when I asked for the second, I brought it with a plug. It was the first time I asked for a bottle of wine and brought it in the open state without opening the plug in front of me. It is impossible. It is natural to pull the plug in front of me. When you serve, you will not use a dish stand and put a cherry blossom from the Bon Festival, there is no explanation of the meal, the sleeve of the kimono is also hung, and the cherry blossoms for breakfast are only one cup, and there is no refill. Most of these breakfasts are left with a cherry blossom, but they were taken for each cherry blossom, and I couldn't believe that I placed a white meal at breakfast on the right side. I tried to be careful many times, but the air throughout the trip became bad, so I ended up saying that Akiho's land was good if I didn't step on it again. Maybe I hired an uneducated part-time job for people who can't usually stay in this luxury inn due to the demand for goto travel. I'm giving up customers. The inn called Matsushima Matsushima, which stayed on the next day, is cheaper than one here, and the inn and hospitality are the best.
