櫃檯的服務人員還蠻客氣的。
飯店的地理位置非常方便，下樓即是商店街，左手邊就有藥妝店，非常好買～推薦大家！

距離仙台站很近，附近還有很熱鬧的購物街，酒店前台雖然在二樓，需要自己提著行李上去，但是酒店的工作人員和酒店的設施都很棒！很乾淨很滿意，女生一個人住也完全沒問題，下次有需要還會再來的！

仙台市中央通りアーケード沿いにある為、JR、地下鉄の駅にも繁華街のアクセスにも最適な場所にあります。提携している駐車場も近くて便利！
室内も必要最低限ですが、シモンズベッドの寝心地は最高です。機会があればまた泊まりたいホテルです。

駅近で価格も安いのを考慮するととても良いと思います。
従業員の方もとても親切でした。
ただ、フロントが2階にあり階段を登らないといけないので、荷物が多い・重い人は少し大変だと思います。

施設自体は若干古いけれども、アーケードの中にあり、仙台駅も近く大変便利でした。
客室の床に細かいゴミが落ちていたり、ユニットバスの壁に何かしらが貼り付いたりしていた点は残念。
