Sendai is a city in Japan’s Tohoku Region, northeast of Tokyo on Honshu island. The remains of 17th-century Sendai Castle, built for samurai lord Date Masamune on Aoba Hill, overlook the city and include a museum of historic artifacts. The Sendai City Museum focuses on the history and culture of Japan’s Edo period, and displays Masamune’s samurai armor.

The staff were quite attentive to the requests that we were asked to do so at the front desk such as receiving our luggage in our stead when it was delivered and there were many kinds of amenities to the personal choice of the guests.

Terribly noisy and hot. No air conditioner or way to control the room temperature. You could open the window, I guess. But that would increase the already unbearable noise of the construction rampaging directly outside. Thin walls too, could hear the couple next door giggling and playing through the night. So if you like hot, noisy spaces, this is the place for you. The bed and bathroom were totally fine. And maybe I was just there on the wrong day. But to have no air conditioner/heater in a hotel in a modern country like this, that's quite absurd. If you have the ability, stay somewhere else. It's not worth the risk.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It was clean, and the location was very convenient for a weekend stay at Sendai. There are several convenience stores nearby and lots of restaurants and malls within a short walking distance.
I hope that they can provide more pillows as a default standard. :D

It was a nice place to crash for 1 night. The room is quite small, same as the other decent hotels in Japan. But the location is THE BEST. Strategic and very close to everywhere!

The hotel staff are very kind. They will store your luggage before leaving for your trip early in the morning. It's not far from Sendai Station and it's quite convenient. Moreover, the room is large and can accommodate 28-inch luggage without any problem. Because mine is a 19-inch suitcase, it can even be placed in the space between the table and the wall to create a passage for easy walking. I will stay here again next time~
Although there is a single occupancy, the supplies are provided in double portions. In addition to the hot water bottle, there is a cup that can be heated on the table, but I didn't use it and I don't know if I can put the drink in and keep it hot. There is only one coin-operated washing machine at the bottom next to the elevator on the first floor. Those who need it can take the time to use it. The hotel also has detergent hanging next to it, so you don't have to prepare it yourself, which is very considerate.
There are 7-11 and FamilyMart downstairs, and it's very close to the morning market. If you want to buy the famous rice balls in the morning market, turn left after exiting the gate and walk straight on the left.

Very Japanese-style hotel, the room size is good, bigger than expected. It is close to Sendai Station and the transportation is very convenient. There are also convenience stores around, and the environment is pretty good. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
