We were deciding between The Westin Sendai Hotel and another hotel located right at the train station for the same price of SGD155 per night in Dec 2023 and I’m glad we went with The Westin Sendai. Firstly, their service is impeccable and truly living up to a luxury hotel’s standard. Secondly, their hotel’s view is impressive considering that it is the tallest building in Sendai. We walked to the Sendai's Pageant of Starlight and it was a very comfortable and cooling 15 min walk. 100% would recommend The Westin Sendai when you come to Sendai.

仙台駅東口から徒歩7分ほど。地下鉄の宮城野通駅の方が近いものの、地下鉄のホームが案外深いので、所要時間で考えると大差ない。よって仙台駅からわざわざ地下鉄に乗って宮城野通まで行かなくても、普通に徒歩でのアクセスがいいのではないかと思う。 チェックイン時にルームキーの他にプラスチックカードを渡され、部屋にいない間も電力が供給され、エアコンがずっと使用できるように配慮してくれたのだが、滞在してこの理由がわかった。南側に面する少し広めの部屋だったのだが、通りを挟んだ向かいが高層マンションのため日中に日が差さない。そしてエアコンの性能の割に部屋が広すぎた。つまり部屋が寒いということだ。就寝時にはエアコンの音もかなり気になるので、エアコンを切って寒さに耐えるか、エアコン（と冷蔵庫）の音を我慢するか二者択一。 部屋の広さに対して、なのかもしれないが、照明が少なめ弱めの印象。滞在したのが低層階のフロアだったので、高層階の改修されているフロアだとエアコンや照明の性能も違うのかもしれない。 朝食は7時スタート。そしてこの時間帯は人が*到し動線が混乱しがち。少なくなった料理はきちんと補充されるのだが、多くの人がスケジュールの都合上この時間に食事をとらざるを得ない様子で結構*気立っている。食にどん欲な大陸の人民団体客が来た日には恐ろしいことが起こりそう。8時ごろに朝食をとるとかなりゆったりできるので、小さな子連れの家族などはピークをずらした方がよさそう。 館内に電子レンジや自動販売機が（多分）ないという点だけでなく、レセプションやレストランのスタッフの接遇のよさが、線路の向こうのAとかTとかのビジネスホテルとは違い、シティホテルなんだなあと思う。

This is a new building hotel that opened in March 2020 on the east exit side of Sendai Station. Since the hotel is basically a private stay, if you have a beautiful futon, bath and toilet, and amenities such as beautiful towels and hair dryers, the front desk is simple and smooth for parents. It was cut off and I felt like I couldn't complain. Under the situation of the corona whirlpool, the hospitality required for accommodation facilities felt comfortable, including security, but there was no knowledge and language ability. Tourist from Hong Kong here. If you're an ”ofuro” person, you can't miss this hotel. The bathroom and bathtub is so big to hold 2 people comfortably (the tap of the bathtub can be rotated so no problem for 2 people face-to-face). Separate showering region and bathtub, which are separated from the toilet with a door. Shampoo and conditioner are in high quality, I can even feel the difference in softness and lightness of my hair before and after my vacation. The room might be a bit small but the bed is not. Not a good choice if you're a wide-space person. I think it definitely got everything you'll need. Everything is clean and tidy. Easy checkin and out. Staffs are nice and helpful as well. Got a convenient store on its ground floor (FamilyMart). 5minutes straight walk from Sendai Station. Great value for you money!

The other hotel I had booked had closed, so I had a room arranged as an alternative. I was surprised to find a higher grade room than the one I had originally reserved. When you enter through the door, there is a hallway, and the toilet, hand washing area, and bath are separate. We stayed one night for trip to Tohoku. Hotel was brand new and SO CLEAN! Location: Literally 3 min walk from station. If you have luggae, it's tricky: come out on 2nd floor, going through connected bridge and use elevator at PARCO then ground level and hotel is next door. Great location walk to everywhere, has beautiful starbucks downstairs. Morning market is right behind the hotel; we were hoping that we could get some breakfast early in am. When we went at 8am, not many stores were open yet. We were able to get local strawberries for decent price and it was really good. Room: Got Relax Twin Room. Has electric massage chair in room with corner views. Views were not that great but room was very spacious, hollywood twins. Separate tub/shower and vanity was very nice, very nice decor. Coin Laundry: This hotel has coin laundry (all-in-one with dryer) and that's the reason why we stayed. We were able to see if Washer is in use or not with room TV which was GREAT. I felt we could have stayed other 2 nights (stayed at Metropolitan East due to its location) at Daiwa, it was very nice stay. Brand new, clean hotel in great location and great rates. I'd go back again next time next time!

Traveling with my mom. Room was fairly decent size- love the available bath products and face care products at the lobby. The bathroom was also clean. Great view out the window. Staff were a little inexperienced with requests to ship luggage to another hotel however and forgot to give receipt. I also cannot read or write japanese but was asked to put the address down myself- at other hotels the concierge wrote the address for us.

It's a new hotel that I just made last year. I booked this hotel on an expedition for a concert. The room is a new hotel, so it's all shiny. The windows are big, the curtains are fashionable, and the water around the room is circling. Nothing to say! The size of the public bath was just warmed up -- the front desk was on the seventh floor, and when I returned to the hotel after the concert, I was able to take a row in front of the elevator. I bought lunch at seven on the first floor late. But when you can eat night meals for free...it was better than lunch. The breakfast was also the best. Just at 11 o'clock check out, there was a row waiting for the elevator on each floor, and I couldn't ride it several times and I sent it. I will ask for improvement there Next, if I have something to come to Sendai again, I will definitely book again!
