For my mother who has difficulty walking, they were very accommodating and kind, changing our room to one near the elevator! The baths and views in the main building were also amazing ♪ The baths in the annex were closed due to repairs, but we were able to use the baths at the nearby Zuiho, which was very satisfying! There were also many shuttle buses, which was very helpful!

The hotel lobby is decorated in a luxurious style with a sense of decadence. The corridors in the rooms are beautifully decorated. The rooms should be newly renovated. The Japanese-style twin rooms are also spacious. Breakfast and dinner are both buffets, and they are very popular. The hotel service is very considerate. I called my Japanese friend to book a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Sendai Station, which was very punctual. The environment near the hotel is beautiful, but it was a pity that it rained heavily and I couldn't go shopping properly.

It is a large hot spring hotel. Although it has a history, the hotel equipment is kept clean and tidy. The hotel staff is very friendly and the service is good. I ordered one stay and two meals, dinner is okay, breakfast is self-service, surprisingly delicious People are very comfortable, and it is worthy of being a place often visited by the Japanese royal family. The only fly in the ointment is that there are no blackout curtains or window panels in the room. I woke up at five o'clock in the morning and woke up early in the morning. It is recommended that the hotel consider installing a blackout window panel.

Great location only 5 minutes walk from Sendai Station. Quick checkin, high safety. The Gem of this stay lays in Breakfast. It was brilliant with a slight touch of Japanese traditional cuisine. In-house was well equipped. Love the setting of Bose speaker in the room, so Grandbach. Definitely come back.

Location is great, very close to the East exit of the train station. Good size room but housecleaning is a bit sloppy. Found hair on the bed and an unwanted hair band on the floor the day when we checked in. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Overall we are satisfied with the stay.

The staff were all polite and I was able to stay with peace of mind. The rooms were also thoroughly cleaned, and the layout was designed to make the room feel as spacious as possible. The room itself was 12 square meters, but it felt much larger.
