On the outside, this finca is gorgeous and the views of the mountains are breathtaking. Sadly, it fell very short of the very high expectations. It’s one of those ‘good from afar, but far from good’ places. The rooms aren’t cleaned, but the bed is made daily, which is super comfy and the room was huge! The bathroom was also massive, but again there were always water makes and the taps have a lot of lime scale, and our shower leaked every time quite badly. I don’t think the pool has had a clean this summer, as there was quite a lot of scum around the sides.. one of us did get the dreaded ear infection too! The wine cellar is so impressive, and all in all it’s a very quaint setting but for us, it didn’t live up to the 4 star setting at all. We also left a high value item in the room upon checkout, and when we emailed 30 mins later, and followed up with 6 calls (no answer) and 4 emails - I was told it was thrown away. I was offered a 15% discount on my next stay as an apology, but the owner was so outrageously rude and said this was my fault - so we won’t be back.

Beautiful place and amazing staff. Joaquin helped us and answered every single question. Perfect location, very pretty and relaxing. Want to go back!!! Felt welcomed since second 1.

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! Our room looked out over the beautiful grounds and was clean and spacious. We had dinner and breakfast there too and was very delicious! I thought this hotel was very authentic and staff couldn't have been nicer and accommodating.

Torrent Fals is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation with perfect service. Pedro, Karin and the ladies are very obliging and friendly. We felt like home! The building, garden, pool and rooms are neat and tidy! Thank you for everything! We‘ll come back!!!

We loved everything, Pedro was a wonderful host. Property is beautiful surrounded by vineyards. Private meal prepared by Chef Karen was simple but perfectly prepared, ingredients were freshly harvested from their garden. Hope to be back soon.

Wunderschönes Anwesen, ein herrlicher Pool! Auch das Bungalow hat uns gut gefallen. Angenehme Betten, willkommene Klimaanlage (nur etwas laut/tropfend). Ausreichend Platz für den Aufenthalt mit 2 Teenagern. Freundliches Personal.

Excelente experiencia vacacional en un idílico emplazamiento. La finca es una maravilla, elegante y majestuosa. Las viñas que rodean la casa te hacen pensar que estás en la Toscana. Inmejorable emplazamiento. El propietario (Pedro) es encantador y te hace sentir como en casa. La comida es típica mallorquina. Muy buenos vinos de acompañamiento. La piscina está muy integrada en el paisaje y es un remanso de paz. Sin duda, una experiencia que siempre recordaremos.

Im Erdgeschoss nicht empfehlenswert
Schönes Agriturismo, altehrwürdiger Bau mit verschiedenen Sitzbereichen, ruhig gelegen, guter Pool. Unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hatte nur ein winziges Fenster im Bad, höchstens 5 Meter von den Frühstückstischen entfernt, also keine Privatsphäre. Aufgrund der mangelnden Belüftung waren die Handtücher auch am Abend noch nass, das Zimmer war insgesamt etwas muffig-feucht. Somit war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis definitiv schlecht.
