The staff are very accommodating. The room was very clean. A nice place to stay with family .Will book again soon.

Very spacious and comfortable Japanese-style room. There are indoor and outdoor hot spring baths. You can watch the snow scenery while bathing in the hot springs. The buffet dinner and breakfast are rich, and there is free ramen supply. However, the transportation is not convenient. You can go to the hotel and Tazawa Lake. The bus runs every hour

Maybe because there are a lot of foreigners, when I went to get the dinner buffet, someone else was eating at the table, the shower in the large bath was reserved and there was no place to wash, the water was dirty, when I moved to the open-air bath, there was a woman in the men's bath and she gave me a dirty look, and even though there was a changing room, I had to take off my yukata and slippers on the rocks in the open-air bath, so it was a mess. I would recommend it for Koreans and Chinese people, but for Japanese people, it's just stressful.

The dinner buffet could be better. For example, tempura is very common in Japan, but the tempura made in the hotel was substandard and not crispy.
New elements should be added to the dinner menu. Guests who stay continuously and scan the code will feel tired.
