Upon arrival, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality from the delightful staff, who went above and beyond to meet our needs. The hotel manager, in particular, was instrumental in ensuring our stay was seamless, assisting with activity planning, transportation arrangements, and even breakfast preorders. The resort amenities, including a spacious swimming pool and a restaurant with scenic views, added to the overall experience. We are used to going back to basic. We’re fine with that. In my opinion basic means simple but clean. This lodge has had better days. Rooms were dirty, the pool was green. I didn’t allow my kids to swim in it. The lodge is run by a very friendly girl but she spends most of her time on the phone. She has “help” from a few guys. But they just sit around and wait. The surrounding area is very very nice. Clean up the pool, fix what’s broken in the lodges, deepclean the rooms and the restaurant , buy new bedlinnen and you have something to be proud about.
