Had a relaxing 4D3N surrounded with awesome view and lots of turtles and fish could be seen from the chalet. Resort staff are welcoming, approachable and helpful. Food provided was pleasantly prepared.
However, the public toilet need thorough cleaning & refurbishment, wifi to be made available, more lighting along all the walkways at night.

nobody answer the hotel phone and there is no way to reach this hotel accept through Trip. Not user friendly. we have made some wrong booking due to flight schedule issue. have tried to call many times to modify our date of stay but nobody answer our call. finally trip replied we cannot modify the date. this is very bad management as it is no last minute change, at least 5 days before the actual date. we have to scramble to reschedule our flight. very bad experience.

Loved being so close to nature—it was such a refreshing experience! The staff were extremely helpful and genuinely friendly, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The only thing that could be improved is the food, but overall, it was a wonderful escape.

The sea was so clear. Sea turtles can be seen from the balcony every night. very nice diving coaches. Highly recommended.
