A room that does for the trip. Can't ask more for that price. Location is right in the middle of Semporna, so next to the bus station and 5' walking distance from the pier. Many restaurants around. Breakfast is simple, beds and amenities are alright.

Nice location

The location is in the center, everything is nearby. Quite clean. With registration, service without problems. But the room was without windows, very small, with a terrible smell of mold that did not disappear overnight. Hard beds, no interior, a window into the corridor where the light was on all night. Reminds me of a free hospital in remote regions. We slept very poorly. Breakfast is symbolic: noodles, eggs and tea, coffee. The next day we moved to a real comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and significantly cheaper.

Semporna is a small town, so this store has a small entrance and is relatively close to the pier. If you have a lot of luggage, the boss is very enthusiastic to help you unpack it upstairs. The breakfast tastes good, especially the toast with butter and sauce is very delicious!

The location is very good. The newly renovated room is bright, tidy, and clean. However, the Wife signal in the room on the 3rd floor is weak. Just adjust it to the 4th floor!

It's just so-so. Not comfortable, the bed is not comfortable either. The breakfast is terrible, all technology, and the 3 days of sleep are very depressing.

It's a very cozy hotel. The rooms are not big but well-equipped. Breakfast is served in a timely manner. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk are attentive. The transportation location is convenient and close to everywhere. I recommend it to everyone.

That's it. It's neither good nor bad. It's mainly cheap. It's very close to the pier. It has a balcony. It's not too far ahead. There aren't many motorcycles to hit the streets at night.

There were cockroaches in the room, and the facial cleanser was left in the room and I couldn’t find it. It’s very average. I won’t go there again
