I am also very grateful to Ctrip for handling this matter, and Ctrip finally made up for the loss. 📍Environment: This is completely a B&B transformed from a self-built factory in the countryside, and the outermost layer uses the kind of iron sheet. There is a reason why the pictures of this hotel do not show the appearance. You can watch the first video. Except for one room, the other more than ten rooms are all interior windows! ! ! All are interior windows! ! ! Look carefully! The key is that once an order is placed, the order cannot be refunded! ! ! ! 📍Inside the room: Since they are all inside windows, it is very smelly! The smell is almost emitted from the toilet, and the smell can't go out at all. I mentioned this to the boss, and he came in and smelled it, admitting that it was very smelly. He answered my question (maybe it has not been occupied for too long🤷) and then the boss recommended that we pay 100 more MYR to live in the only room with a window! ! ! ! I don't understand, the boss also thinks it smells, it is obviously the store's problem, and we have to pay the difference to upgrade the room! Finally, I still thank Ctrip platform for helping me advance the money to change the room. Because the order cannot be refunded, I can only live in it with my head held high. 📍Breakfast: You can see clearly in the following pictures what the breakfast looks like. There is a bread oven, but there is no bread🤷. Then we told Ctrip platform about this matter, and finally the hotel and platform said that the breakfast is like this! ! ! There is no way to reach the level of star-rated hotels in town (then your price is so much higher than that of star-rated hotels, are you specifically trying to rip off the Chinese???) 📍Facilities: No TV, with the price of star-rated hotels, the shower gel and shampoo are so broken, but compared to what I mentioned above, these are actually not important🤷 🔴Everyone is here to have fun, although the accommodation in Semporna is not as good as imagined, but the accommodation of this hotel is really too bad. I stayed here for three days. How can I put it? This is the most satisfying homestay I have ever stayed in! First of all, the lady boss is really nice!!! And there is someone to pick us up in the morning and when we come back in the evening! The driver is also very nice and always thinks about us! I really appreciate Raven's help. I can really feel the care of my family in a foreign country~ During the stay, there were so many thoughtful behaviors. RaVen is really like a friend. Any temporary small needs can be met in time and help to find solutions as much as possible: Help provide sewing boxes when clothes are broken; The mantis shrimp we bought from the seafood market not only reminded us to urinate, but also helped us deal with it when we didn't know how to; She also very considerately helped to charge the power bank.
