The butler’s service attitude is excellent shortcoming: 1. Round-trip speed boat transfers are expensive. For a family trip like mine, the cost is higher based on the number of people. 2. Maybe I stayed on a Sunday, and there were only two butlers as service staff in the evening. I only saw cooking, serving, singing for fun, and clearing away the dishes...very busy. 3. Sanitary environment, there are cockroaches... It is recommended that the operator deal with it as soon as possible 4. The generator is too noisy at night. It is still sounding until after breakfast in the morning, ruining the fairyland-like scenery.

We booked the Glass House, but we were notified at short notice that we were upgraded to the Sea Dream Residence, which was twice as expensive, and the boat fare was 400RM round trip at our own expense. When we arrived at the water house pier, our first impression was average (compared to another cheaper water house I stayed in a few days ago). When I suddenly stopped taking a shower, I had to find someone. Later, there was no water in the toilet, so I just put water in the shower head. There was also a hygiene problem. There were so many cockroaches! When we found them, several of them sneaked into our suitcases. The appearance was bright, but the inside was dirty! There was a problem with the sewage discharge of the water house. When snorkeling, I saw sewage from other rooms pouring down from time to time under the house, directly discharged into the sea, not far from where we snorkeled! I saw the cleaning staff actually throw the garbage left after checking out directly into the sea! We were playing and fishing out all kinds of bottles and plastic bags from the sea, and we were wondering why there was so much garbage. It was unbearable to watch! Also, the employees here basically have stern faces. It is difficult to smile when meeting, let alone say hello. They are like a group of robots working for money... I won’t talk about the food. I don’t have high expectations, but the free orange juice is a plus. The only highlight of this water house is that many turtles come to swim at night, and there is a shallow sea surface for children to play (unfortunately, they often see garbage), which calmed my very depressed mood. There are several water houses nearby. I have roughly looked at the prices, which are not too high. The location is better than this sea dream. I can choose to go there when I have the chance. However, the scenery is great. No matter where you sit, you can watch the small fish and listen to the sound of the gurgling sea water. , blowing the sea breeze, it is really comfortable and relaxing, and the staff of the water house cannot speak Chinese, but they take care of everyone who is not good at English communication. They use simple words and sentences as much as possible. There is also a simple KTV in the water house. , it’s also a good choice if you want to relax by singing.

The room has a woody fragrance, and you can go directly into the sea from the balcony. As a water house, the water and electricity supply are sufficient. There is also a swing outside. You can see many big turtles there at night. It is very beautiful and comfortable.

The sea area is nice. You can see turtles. But the change of water villa is random. It is said to be an upgraded room type, but it is actually a water villa under renovation. There are many nails and it is easy to scratch. You can go to the sea outside, but the children and I were scratched at the entrance. The power goes out from time to time. The food is very ordinary and there is no service.
