The location is easy to find, there are clear directions, and it's very close to the restaurant. It's not friendly to take the stairs, the sound insulation is very poor, and the area is crowded with people. The landlady can speak Mandarin and will help if you need to book a car. If you don’t have a toothbrush, you need to prepare it yourself. The bathroom is very clean.

Very good hotel. Downstairs is Zhan Quanji for breakfast. Opposite is the supermarket. The room is cleaned every day. The boss is very enthusiastic and helps solve check-in problems. You can do laundry and cooking on the third floor.

Super bad, second time to Semporna. Last time I stayed at Yongda, but I couldn't book it this time. I found a hotel with high rating and good reviews. I didn't expect it to be so bad! I booked for two nights, but didn't stay for one night and changed hotels overnight! 1️⃣ It's not a hotel at all, it's a homestay. In an old and dilapidated house, there is no elevator, and you need to carry your luggage to the fifth floor by yourself. 2️⃣ The hygiene is worrying, there are bugs, I don't want to say more, I feel sick when I think about it. 3️⃣ The so-called "sea view" I booked is completely irrelevant. 4️⃣ The mosque next to it is very noisy 5️⃣ There is no service at all. I asked for a toothbrush but forgot to say that I only gave one for three people. I advise those who want to book to be cautious. If you like cleanliness, you can't even lie down.
