We booked to leave for Tawau Airport at 6:45 the next morning. When we left, there was no one on duty at the front desk and no staff in the restaurant. We could only leave the room card at the front desk, drag the suitcase along a gravel road, and automatically open the iron gate of the yard outside the hotel to get on the main road. In addition to the extremely poor service, the facilities in the room are also quite simple, and there is no refrigerator. The remote location means that you can't get a taxi back from the town for dinner at night without tipping. This is my worst travel accommodation experience ever!
