Good location. Good enough for a 1 night city stay, have all the basic needs. Their lobby is connected to a seafood restaurant, very convenient. Value for money

Walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean and quite new compared to the others. Worth the stay for island hopping.

By the time i booked this hotel, the price is just slightly higher than the average budget hotel, so at first i wasn’t put high expectations of this hotel..But when ive arrived here, it was a very nice hotel to stay, interiors are well maintained, the bedroom is clean & complete with the all necessities, the mattress is comfy, spacious (family room) , foods are great, owner & staff are friendly and the location is very strategic, walking distance to jetty, market & all.. I have a pleasant staycation here, will highly recommend..

It took me a long time to choose a hotel. It is a high-end hotel with good value for money. It is very good. The service is attentive. The most important thing when you go out is to have fun. It is very cost-effective and the feedback from my family is also very good.

I booked a family room and wanted a quiet room, so I was arranged on the top floor. As a result, the elevator was broken, and their 4th floor should actually be the 5th floor. Although the staff did not speak Chinese, they were very friendly and tried their best to help. A young man also helped to carry the luggage up and down. I gave him some tips and he was very surprised. The next day, I had to go to the pier to take a boat to the water house. In fact, the hotel is very close to the pier, and it only takes a few minutes to walk from the back of the hotel. But we had 3 suitcases and there were some stairs behind, which was really inconvenient. It should be the boss who spoke Chinese, and he helped me call a taxi. There are no taxis here, you can only book online. You must register for Grab in advance, which can be used to call taxis in Southeast Asia.

The price of staying in a guest house is more than 500 yuan. It’s super bad. Don’t go there! The room smelled like cockroaches, and I had to carry a large suitcase up the stairs! I really can't think of any worthwhile reason

There are really a lot of ants. The hair dryer is broken. The sheets are stained. I slept on the disposable sheets I brought with me. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the pier.

It's okay, the hygiene is okay, but it smells like rotten furniture. When coming to Semporna, I don’t have high expectations for the hotel. It is normal for the hotel to be lower than the level of Seven Days Home Inn.

The overall price/performance ratio is not high: poor surrounding environment, poor facilities, small rooms

The hotel is very close to McDonald's. It's clean and tidy. It also provides disposable toiletries and 24-hour hot water. It's much better than expected haha

uptown is really good! Mainly clean! Very clean! Toothbrushes and other supplies are provided, as well as slippers. The location is also very good. There is a supermarket and Watsons downstairs. It only takes five minutes to go to the pier to buy seafood!
