I had amazing time in Mikkie Holiday, the service from the staffs are 10/10 very welcoming and warm. Room is spacious and clean, overlooking the Gunung Sinabung at the back. Breakfast buffet has a lot of varieties and tastes good. Recommended.

All its ok but so many things like mosquito.maybe can make more clean in room.

It is located away from the center of Berastagi. While the room was huge and generally clean, there was no lift to get to the 2nd floor and you had to tolerate bright lights from the decorations and loud guests in public areas. Service from the hotel staff could be better, especially for the price they are charging (easily the most expensive accommodation in Berastagi).

We were greeted by friendly staff. All the staff were very helpful. The Deluxe room is very spacious and clean. Love the in-room amenities. We could walk over to swimming pool and arcade conveniently. Breakfast selections of local and international cuisines were great.

Nice hotel but not much activity at night

Throughout my tanah Karo travel, I like Mikie hotel most. It is of an international standard with proper bathroom facilities too. The hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Breakfast is great. I will choose Mikie hotel again should I travel to tanah Karo again. The walkway is also very grand and atmosphere is great. Very good.
