"The room has an old Javanese feel, the bed and furniture are ok but the sink is clogged, the cleanliness of the towels is also ok. There were so many large lizards in the room that at several points there were lizard droppings on the table. Overall the atmosphere of the resort is good because it is spacious and beautiful. But I'm not a fan of the room design. Maybe the bathroom and rooms could be renovated so that they are more sustainable and not costly for maintenance, etc."

NNaD ChannelThe room was not clean enough, the bed sheets had lots of blood spots on them, the room smelled musty, the interior looked old, the AC only had air.
The waiters weren't very friendly at night, sir, the view was really good, a winner for the views around it. Please improve service and cleanliness especially

GGuest UserThe location is convenient but for the facilities I think it's normal.. I took a family suit for 2 million dollars I saw in the advertisement there is a children's tent and children's breakfast which is cute for photos.. but until there twrreal must add another 300rb/pax .. The price is quite high, yes with ordinary facilities.. very standard toiletries .. although the price is not inferior to a 4-star hotel.. for breakfast is quite varied and for delivery to the room without additional charge .. The pool is warm but it's not too warm from the afternoon .. but it's not bad .. the minizoo hopes to be more equipped and the playground can also be upgraded .. so that there are extra activities for children without having to go out of the hotel .. But if the scenery is really good

GGuest UserThe location is really an oasis. A really quiet place where Java can be very stressed and uncomfortable in other places, this is an oasis. (outside the regular times of prayer calls. There is a very much and very hard sound at the same time) It doesn't matter in which apartment/room you get. Be careful when choosing.
The two apartments/rooms we had were just at the pool and had a magnificent view. The rooms were spacious and clean and had very good, large beds.
The local staff was very helpful and willing to guide us on a trip to beautiful places. The location is very quiet, but it is also remote and you need transport.
The village where the Oase is located looks well-cared, and a nice people and a variety of small warnings for the first (and t****e) needs of life.
It is a pity that the Remote Commercial Staff can communicate only in Indonesian and only via Whats app.
