1. When we both had breakfast, my husband just put into mouth the last bite, a server want to take away the plate that he use, while my small plate and cup for soup that already empty, ignored.
2. The linen and bath towel not white color anymore. Are those white or grey color actually?
3. As a hotel that managed by a big name like Horison, please care for the sink inside bathroom, i don’t know how to explain into words about the sink.

The room is small, but it was worth the price. Bangunan perlu banyak perbaikan. Cat dinding kamar banyak terkelupas. Tapi kamar bersih. Staff ramah dan helpful.

Located not far from lawang sewu as main attraction. Looked from the outside waw thats fine hotel, but when you get inside (to the room), you realize that its juat not the hotel you imagine before. The warecked lift, the silly coridor and you get conclution in very dissapointed room. Smelly toilet, ants everywhere inside your room and dirty linen. I'll never come back to this hotel.
What I like from this hotel just the attitude of the staff, they are glad to pleasure you with making some breakfast like this sandwich.
