The facilities are amazing and the staffs were very accommodating. The issue is with cleanliness, there were bugs inside the room and once reported, we received a new room with the same issue. It seems to be an issue at the hotel itself which should be taken care of asap to avoid any health related problem. Check the room before you go to sleep!

Absolutely loved my stay. Arrived when hotel was all lit up and it looked spectacular. Room was modern and stylish as is all the rest of the hotel. Staff were very very friendly and helpful. Had great buffet breakfast - although it was same both days - maybe they could change the hot stuff sometimes but there is a huge choice. The swimming pool was lovely, the grounds as well. Had buffet dinner one night which was good and you could drink as much wine as you wanted. I had a spa session and it was good, the spa looked small to start with but actually enjoyed it. The outside shallow bath thing at first seemed strange but I found it amazingly relaxing, the effect of the tranquil water was amazing. The only downside was not having a car so could not explore local area or try different restaurants. But am definitely coming back here as one of the best places I have stayed.

We absolutely love staying at this hotel. From the moment of arrival we always feel so welcome and totally relaxed. Lovely clean, comfortable, spacious rooms, and great staff who ensure that your stay is memorable for all the right reasons. Amazing quality of food in the restaurant accompanied by some really good and reasonable wines. We will certainly be returning.

We stayed here 5 nights during Christmas holidays, it was bit on the quieter side which we loved! The hotel has a small park and it felt amazing to have a cup of coffee with a good book sitting outside in the sun. Beautiful hotel with equally lovely rooms and a comfortable bed. Very nice spa, where we went almost every day. We had two massages which were ok, could have been a little better with more pressure but still quite ok. Lovely outdoor thermal pool to watch the stars in the dark. Nice restaurant! Both the special Catalan Christmas menu, the a la carte as well as the buffet restaurant were very good. Especially the buffet was such a shocker in all the best ways. Delicious and high in quality! Everything was fresh and very well made. We didn't really leave the hotel and used a lot of their services. Everything was either good or great! :) Lovely staff!

Highly recommended. Very calm. The very well-kept gardens give you relaxation. Pretty good service, very renovated facilities within a magnificent building. At night they have a very good, surprising gastronomic buffet. Recommended without a doubt. The only drawback: the spa, somewhat fair. The whole is very good, a place to get lost in the tranquility of 2 or 3 days.

Spectacular. 20th century style spa, very well maintained, but with completely renovated rooms. We went for a weekend and we loved it.
