Jaw dropping beauty. The surroudings of the Dolomites makes this place special. The hotel grounds are huge. It is a destination hotel. The spa is world famous. The outdoor pool is not to be missed. The restaurant has a Michelin star chef. Overall stunning.

A perfect stay with our family while exploring the Dolomites. The spa/sauna/pool experience is unlike anything we've ever seen and unparalleled. The rooms are spacious, well cared for, comfortable and a welcome place to relax after an active day. The breakfast buffet was amazing--hard to choose what to eat each morning because there were so many fresh wonderful choices. I'd love to visit in the winter to ski!

Once you book price seems to be high. Once you leave price seems to be low for what you get. Alpenroyal is one of the best hotels in the Alps and hotel with the best service in the Alps.

Charming hotel, exceptional spa, top-notch food. The Alpenroyal Hotel is a place designed to provide peace to the body and soul, and does so with great success. The fingerprints of the owners who closely monitor every detail are evident. My wife and I enjoyed every moment of our stay in this magical place, in one of the most beautiful places in the Dolomites.

I stayed 3 nights. When arriving I left my car to the valet parking but had a bad surprise checking out: I found a lot of damages on the doors. It never happened to me in all the hotels I visit! When I told the manager, he minimized the fact and told me to send him the photos and the bill when I have it fixed, that “should not go over €30, because he knows how much it’s worth”… So if you are a guest and park your car in their garage you can expect whatever damage! That wasn’t what I expected from a 5 stars hotel! If you give custody of your car to a hotel, you trust them to take good care of it and have it back in the same conditions as it was, not to have it damaged! I was very disappointed by this disregard. He didn’t offer me any discount. And I don’t think the bill for fixing the damages will be worth only €30!!! Clearly the customers of this hotel are very rude and they don’t do anything about it. They only care about money. There were teen agers yelling by night, groups drinking alcool into the pool… if you look for peace and quiet don’t go there.

we stayed for 5 days with the whole family, everything was perfect and phenomenal… the rooms are beautiful, the service in the restaurant is top 5🤩 especially Shukri who took care of us, number one, the drinks from thebar very good prepared by Davide and his colleagues, reception everyone very kind, especially Antun, Unforgettable SPA with Serena, and finally thanks to everyone and see you soon🤩🤩

We spent 3 nights in a suite with the most amazing views of the alpine meadows and mountains. The room was beautifully appointed. The food was outstanding. Breakfast was amazing and the dinners were even more so. We also ate at the Gourmet rest and had a very memorable evening. Only regret is that we had to leave

Not enough words to describe this amazing hotel, especially all of the stuff and each one of them. The hotel itself is top, and also all the amenities. But the service was unforgettable.
