My stay here was one my favorites. The family was so welcoming. From helping us decide where to hike and how to navigate the chair lifts and buses to being anxious to hear about our day upon our return. The food was fabulous. The views were out of this world. But it’s was the family and the staff that really made the trip for me. Please go and enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family owners were very welcoming - plus exceptionally observant staff who remembered our needs from day to day! I have a food allergy and they created a menu just for me! The spa is 5 star gorgeous. Everything is new and spotlessly maintained. Location is perfect to all lifts for hiking trails - you can walk to everything and main downtown. Underground parking for hotel is included. We did a half board to include dinner each night and the food was amazing. I can’t think of anything that they could have done to make it better — it was that good!

Food changes daily and is of a very high standard! The staff always have a smile on and will try their best to help you! The family owners are really nice people, there’s always at least one of the 4 of them working all time and nothing is a problem to them! The sauna and wellness area is new and is fabulous! Location is excellent as you can ski into the hotel! Many people come to the restaurant who are not hotel guests which is a really good sign of the food and service!

The hotel was in a great location, right in the heart of town. The rooms were large and the staff were very friendly. The included breakfast was excellent. We took advantage of the free saunas and relaxation pool, which was great. We wished we could have stayed longer. My only issue is that we were supposed to get a mini suite superior room and I do t think we did. Our group reserved three other rooms and all were larger than ours.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel in Selva. The attention to detail is amazing, and Susanna and all her lovely family made us so welcome from the moment we arrived. The setting is incredible with great views of the mountains, and we enjoyed the veranda for eating and drinks. Food really fabulous. Rooms really lovely, with high quality furnishings although no aircon. The sauna and pool are also a bonus. Well located for the town, buses and walking, and skiing in winter! Thanks so much for making this a memorable visit.
