This was our first visit to this area and we were thrilled to find such a wonderful hotel with good access to the slopes. It was a truly family run hotel who were helpful, friendly and professional. All the staff at the hotel were eager to make our holiday as enjoyable as possible. Our room had an amazing view and a balcony and was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food was amazing: delicious, plentiful and varied; coupled with outstanding service. The boot room is the best we have known. It was warm, clean and well designed. Access to the slopes was from a bus stop outside the hotel, only a short ride on the regular and free bus service. The village was a short walk from the hotel and also accessible by bus. We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay and would highly recommend it.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable and spacious; the food was first class; the spa facilities were very good, particularly the steam room; the bar and lounge areas are both nice, relaxing spaces to spend time in; finally, all the staff were particularly helpful and welcoming.

Our group of 9 very much enjoyed our time at the Kristiania hotel. The location was up a valley, out of the hustle of the more touristy ortesei but still very accessible to skiing and shopping. Having half pension made dinner for this large group very easy. The food, wine and service were excellent. We also enjoyed the spa

The hotel is well run and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful all the time. The food is plentiful, tasty and well-presented. The hotel itself is very well-placed for the slopes. What more can you need from a ski hotel?

What a fantastic place to stay, from the views, the food, the staff to the facilities. The beds are comfortable, the bar and dining area is so calm and peaceful especially with the mountain views. The ski/cycle store room is really useful. The EV charge point is a bonus.

The location was excellent for staying in Val Gardena with easy access to all the hiking areas we had picked out. The welcoming staff and facilities at the hotel help make our holiday even more brilliant. The food in the restaurant was really good and it is well worth paying for half board. The views of the mountains from our room were stunning. We hope to come back soon

The rooms were comfortable with an incredible view of the Sassalunga, the staff were well informed and very helpful (and all spoke enough English for us to communicate), the food was fantastic and it was in a great location close to transport!

Paradise on earth! Luxury, cosy family hotel with excellent food and marvelous rooms, very comfortable. Nice little garden in front of the hotel and private parking. Splendid environment with lots to do, for everybody! From big adventure to relaxing walks.
