Fantastic hotel, in a gorgeous setting. Stayed with our toddler and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating for us all, especially our toddler. The hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. We stayed half board and the food was exquisite - 4 course themed meal each night with a separate meal made for our toddler. Breakfast had a wide variety of options for everyone. The location and views are stunning. The hotel offered a play area with swings and a trampoline, which our toddler thoroughly enjoyed, and there are spa facilities for the family (we used the outdoor one when it was quiet, which our toddler really enjoyed!) Thanks so much to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

We have had the most delightful stay here. This b&b is cozy and bursting with charm. It’s owned by a local family and you can tell they have poured their heart into every detail. The lobby and rooms are full of art by local artisans, and it’s refreshing to stay somewhere with so much heritage. The views cannot be beat. The hotel is in a very quiet location and a stone’s throw from the ski lift. The south facing rooms on the west side of the building have a particularly smashing view of the mountains. There are also fabulous amenities, such as hot tubs, lots of outdoor seating, a trampoline and a spa, yet the hotel is still small and intimate. Breakfast is an amazing spread complete with soft boiled eggs, fresh squeezed, juices, and bread with fresh honeycomb. We’ve also opted to eat dinner in every night and it’s always an impeccable 4 course meal. The owners even take the effort to switch out the table scape and theme every night. I’m so impressed by the level of love and the attention to detail that they have for this place.

LOVED our time at Hotel Jägerheim! This hotel is a family run business and they run it with such care. It is conveniently right next to do the Col Reiser lift and has lovely views and plenty of places to sit and enjoy them. I would absolutely come back here - if you stay, do at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. The menu changes every day. Also - their masseuse in the spa is AWESOME.

I've been fortunate enough to stay at a good number of hotels in the Dolomites and Italian Lake Region over the years and most of them have been comfortable and provide a good service but this place probably tops them all. We were a family/friends party of seven eventually arriving for our visit after a three year Covid delay; it was well worth waiting. It is hard to fault this place at all. The setting is terrific and convenient too, particularly for access to the Col Raiser, but the local bus service (free) opens up many more opportunities. The rooms are very well furnished, the restaurant is bright and attractive the food and service are of a high standard. The surroundings lift the spirits (OK, I'm a bit Dolomite fan I admit) and the hot tub is something to look forward to after a bid day in the hills. Family Zingerle run a top class hotel. I look forward to my return.

Just spent an amazing 3 nights at this hotel! My husband and I greatly enjoyed our experience. The room itself was comfortable with a lovely balcony with a view of the Dolomites with comfortable amenities. We included the breakfast and dinner as part of our stay and highly recommend it. I have a gluten intolerance and they made sure there were many options available for me, even a few GF bread options waiting for me at the table for each meal. The dishes were delicious and well priced. The location is lovely, prime spot in Selva which was a short driving distance to Ortisei. There is a lovely hot tub on site that was a great treat after a day of hiking that also had a lovely view of the Dolomites. Convenient parking and easy check in/out process. The ambience and little alpine view ouches throughout made it a wonderful experience and great home base for exploring the Dolomites.

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Jägerheim a Selva di Val Gardena e non posso che esprimere il massimo apprezzamento per ogni aspetto dell’esperienza. Tutto è stato impeccabile: dalla pulizia delle camere alla qualità del cibo, dall’efficienza del servizio alla calda accoglienza da parte dello staff. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta, con una vista spettacolare e la comodità dell’accesso diretto agli impianti. Gli ambienti sono curati in ogni dettaglio, l’atmosfera è rilassante e autentica, e ogni esigenza viene accolta con grande professionalità. Un soggiorno da ricordare. Tornerò sicuramente!
