On 17/07 we had a booking for a night; we booked the suite that was show available on *********** We arrived around 23:00pm and discovered that the hotel didn’t find our booking and they were blaming us that we booked by *********** why didn’t we book through their own website. We were driving all day and night just to reach the hotel to found out that the hotel didn’t have our booking? We did the reservation for the room like 17:00 and if you didn’t have available room why open up for booking anyway? The old guy at the reception couldn’t speak English and we were trying to help them and he just said I don’t speak English then another lady showed up said why we look so serious/stress to us which unacceptable since we been driving 7-8 hours to get to the hotel that didn’t even have our booking by we had all confirmation and everything. After a while they said they had a standard room or something for us instead but we said we didn’t book that room why do we have to pay for that so we decided to leave. Today 19/07 we got the email reply back that they admitted it was they failed that it was such a short notice. BUT that was long distance driving; burning fuel and waste of time and seems like the hotel don’t have empathy for us.

Spent 5 nights at this wonderful hotel in early April 2022 with my longtime friend - we try to meet once a year indulge in good food, wellness and good company This place is excellent - it's beautiful special architecture from times gone by has been carefully restored and made up to speed comfortwise. The food is absolutely to die for, which Michelin has noticed. The Spa area is delightful and just misses the "Dämpfbäder" due to Covid-19 The Beauty- and wellness department is a must. The professional staff offers a wide range of treatments and massages and is strongly and warmly recommended The staff is a bunch of kind, humourous, helpful and very professional people - and they make you feel welcome any time of day or night. I loved my stay and I will be back.

Für uns eins der besten Hotels auf Rügen ! Service, Essen, Zimmer , Wellness, alles Top ! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Gebäude des Wellnessbereichs und somit sehr kurze Wege ins Schwimmbad und zu den Anwendungen ! Der Service war sehr höfflich und zuvorkommend !

Ein paar Tage Aufenthalt in ROEVERS Privathotel in Sellin auf Rügen ist wie eine Reise in die Vergangenheit. Das liebevoll und stilvoll restaurierte Ensemble weißer Villen in einer sehr gepflegten Parklandschaft erinnert an die große Zeit der Bäderkultur an der Ostsee und auf Rügen. Sellin selbst mit der nostalgischen Seebrücke und den zahlreichen bestens restaurierten Villen ist zu Recht ein beliebtes Reiseziel auf der Insel. Der Aufenthalt in ROEVERS Romantikhotel rundet dieses Erlebnis aus meiner Sicht perfekt ab. Sellin wiederum ist als Ausgangspunkt für eine Schifffahrt an den Kreidefelsen oder ins Mönchsgut sehr gut geeignet.

Wir waren enttäuscht vom Empfang. Der Herr mit griechischem Name war alles andere als freundlich. Keine Begrüssung wie war die Reise etc. dasselbe beim Anschied. Wie war der Aufenthalt, hats ihnen gefallen? Nichts. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, schlimm waren die gummigen Brötchen. Frühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich. Kein Gepäckservice angeboten. Wir reisen viel, finde das sind keine 5 Sterne wert.

Sehr schönes Hotel, schöner Spabereich, freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber wenn auch etwas klein. Besonders das Essen und das Frühstücksbuffet bis 12 Uhr war erstklassig. Leider kein Gepäck Service , welches man bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet..

Wir fühlen uns wohl im Roewers und urlauben dort sehr gerne! Man hat alles, was man sich wünscht, um sich zu erholen. Und sagt man nicht: im Urlaub sollte es immer ein wenig schöner sein, als zu Hause? Im Roewers ist das so. Und man hat auch eigentlich jeden Tag den Drang, das Spa zu besuchen und sich verwöhnen zu lassen. Einfach klasse! Das Spa-Personal ist sehr gut geschult, sehr freundlich und man schwebt nach jeder Behandlung raus! Und die Wärmeliegen sind der Hit! Wir hatten eine Suite und haben uns im kalten Januar da sehr gut einkuscheln können. Einziger Punkt zur Verbesserung: die Aufschnittplatten am Frühstücksbuffet wirkten etwas lieblos und fade (und eingetrocknet). Das geht besser.

Unser Aufenthalt im Romantik ROEWERS Privathotel war insgesamt äußerst angenehm und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein Highlight war zweifellos das morgendliche Schwimmen im ROOFTOP POOL, das unseren Aufenthalt besonders bereichert hat. Die ruhige und gelassene Atmosphäre im gesamten Hotel trug ebenfalls zur Entspannung bei. Leider müssen wir jedoch erwähnen, dass das Abendessen unsere Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt hat. Insbesondere der erste Abend mit dem Lammfilet hinterließ einen enttäuschenden Eindruck, da es kalt und noch roh serviert wurde. Nachdem wir dies reklamiert hatten, erhielten wir jedoch umgehend ein neues, hervorragend zubereitetes Lammfilet. Am zweiten Abend gab es Wiener Schnitzel, das leider trocken und zäh war. Trotz meiner Reklamation wurde mir seitens des Servicepersonals mit einer eher unpassenden Bemerkung begegnet. Die Frage ob ich in Wien schon Schnitzel gegessen habe fand ich nicht gut. Es tut mir leid zu sagen, dass ich in Östereich schon Schnitzel gegessen habe, die dünn geschnitten und zart waren. Ich verzichtete auf ein neues Schnitzel. An den anderen Tagen war das Essen jedoch sehr gut. Insgesamt hatten wir uns mehr von der kulinarischen Erfahrung erhofft und wurden leider nicht vollends überzeugt. Dennoch möchten wir betonen, dass der Service stets freundlich und zuvorkommend war und wir unseren Aufenthalt dennoch genossen haben.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße zur Seebrücke. Das Zimmer war hell und geräumig, die Loggia/der Balkon groß. Begrüßt wird man mit Prosecco und auf dem Zimmer standen zwei Wasserflaschen. Der Wellnessbereich ist auf mehrere Häuser/ Räumlichkeiten verteilt. Vom Pool und der Sauna auf dem Dach , bis zur Sauna/Indoorpool im Haus bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an den Herren und die Damen des Wellnessbereiches, sehr kompetent! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist klasse! Diverse Brotsorten/Brötchen, frische Eispeisen/Waffeln und eine prima Auswahl von Belägen samt frisch geschnittenem Schinken sind vorrätig. Auch das Abendmenü/die Halbpension ist absolut zu empfehlen! Vielfältigkeit bei den Gerichten, super zubereitet und geschmacklich sehr gut, ließen auch hier keine Wünsche offen! Fazit: absolut zu empfehlen und fast perfekt! Bei der Rooftopsauna wäre vielleicht noch eine kleine Ecke mit Wasser/Getränken möglich, damit man nicht immer erst in den Ruhebereich rüberlaufend muss. Am ersten Abend gabs noch eine kleine Süssigkeit als „Betthupferl“. Daran hätte man sich während des Aufenthaltes gewöhnen können. . Herzlichen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter! Prima Hotel.
