Hotel Selfoss Reviews

Located in city center. Walk distance to food center, famous hot dogs and a grocery shop. Room doesnt have AC so during summer you will have to open the windows or doors. Toilet is decent sized and slightly leaking.

Good hotel with nice location. with free parking facility right in front of the hotel, so convenient for self-driving trip. nearby area has some restaurants and even a food hall, good stopping point for road trip.

Big old hotel in the area. very good location. front desk is not nice she really look down to us which we dont understand why. every question we ask she give bad face. room is resonnable size. bed is ok.

The town is very popular. It is said that people from Reykjavik come here for vacation. The hotel room is quite large, the service is good, and the breakfast did not charge us extra for one child. There are many places to eat near the hotel. There is a small restaurant complex opposite, with more choices.

The view is great. It's a decent five-star hotel with free parking. There's also a great stew restaurant next to it.

Since I was going to the south the next day, I chose this hotel. Overall, it was OK. There was a parking lot at the door, but I needed to log in to the parka program to charge by the hour.

There are three major problems: 1. Average front desk service attitude 2. Poor room hygiene -Contaminated nosebleed tissue in the ground -There are paper towels in the cabinet that have not been cleaned -There is blood on the ground 3. The bath water smells like rotten eggs

Hotel well located for a stopover in Selfoss before continuing the road towards the East. Simple room but everything you need is there and the bed is comfortable. Beautiful view of the river.

The location is good, right in the center of Selfoss city. You can reorganize before heading to the next stop, and you can also shorten the journey to Vik. The hotel is very new, has a beautiful view, and there are many restaurants nearby. However, other facilities such as saunas and hot springs require additional fees, each of which is ISK 3000.

The resting place in Iceland on the way to the Southern Route or the Golden Circle. The room was very warm. Although we didn't see the aurora, the stay was quite comfortable.
