For the second time, we had difficulty getting seats at breakfast. The air-conditioned breakfast room cannot accommodate guests who want to have breakfast. We wanted to be transferred to an outdoor area, we refused, because we were bringing small children, eating outside would be mixed with active smokers. In the inner room, there is a seat but it cannot be used because it is 'reserved'. We ask Santika to review the breakfast room/restaurant so that it can accommodate guests who will be eating.

From Bali to Lombok at night around 12 o'clock, good service, fairly clean rooms and delicious food, very strategic location near the Mataram Islamic Center right in the city center and also Udayana Park... Suitable for backpackers or business people who want to stay here because of the price also affordable

I do recommend you guys for this hotel especially for muslims. Clean enough, the cafe also very nice i love the enviroment of the hotel ya.smell good.and the staff ohoo so friendly, kind and goodlooking. i'm so touch with their housekeeping 5days stayed there my room always clean they also helped me fold my clothes LOL. overall I LOVE IT!

The most cost-effective hotel on this trip, less than 300 per night, the hotel service and breakfast are very good, there is a mosque across the street where you can go in and take pictures, there is nothing to eat around, you can take a GRAB taxi for 10 yuan to the largest shopping mall nearby, you can eat
