ive enjoyed my stayed and honeymoon here and because of this place i fell in love with batam..the staff were very helpfull and well trained...can understand and converse well either in bahasa malaysia and english...the place is clean and disable-friendly with ramp and etc...the spa was nice,the pool is cleab,room and ambiece is really fresh...would love to stay here again...suitable for stress free enviroment even its a bit far from any famous spot in batam but perfect for healing and relaxing

We spent 4 days 3 nights & I must say that everything was excellent. We went there during non-holiday season. As for the room (we got the harris room), it's spacious & comfortable. The swimming pools are their highlights, adults & kids will enjoy. Great service (AC suddenly not working at night, but was solved in less than 20 mins aft informing the operator).
If you're going to the city, it takes some time to travel but there are other eateries nearer to the hotel (try to search for eateries near tiban area like the morning bakery for eg).
Would love to come again for sure!

been there with some expectations since it it well known brand.
3 oclock still dont have a ready room. after check in. the aircond not cold enough. need to call for maintenance.take 2 hours to settle. the room just ok. next day when turn on television its not working.
breakfast spread is good. and the swimming pool is good.

Stayed for 1 night to celebrate me and my friend birthday. Was really surprised when we went in the room it was nicely decorated for us with balloons and birthday banner. The service is really great and I would definitely come back again! Though the location would be further if you are looking to head towards city area but able to get a grab easily there so is fine.
