We had a great time at the resort. Jetski, big marble ride were exciting and super fun. ATV ride into the jungle was fun as well. Staff service was excellent! Everyone had a great smile when greeting guests.

ive enjoyed my stayed and honeymoon here and because of this place i fell in love with batam..the staff were very helpfull and well trained...can understand and converse well either in bahasa malaysia and english...the place is clean and disable-friendly with ramp and etc...the spa was nice,the pool is cleab,room and ambiece is really fresh...would love to stay here again...suitable for stress free enviroment even its a bit far from any famous spot in batam but perfect for healing and relaxing

Hotel staff are extremely friendly and considerate. Simple gestures of continually opening the doors for guests, as well as serving a cold glass of ice lemongrass beverage during check-in on a hot day, exhibit their warm sincerity. Family room was cosy and adequate for 2 adults plus 2 children given a large bed, accompanied by bunk beds.

Hotel seems decent.
Staffing and service is commendable.
However, the cleanliness was observed to be on average with stains noticed over several areas, like towels, dishware.
There is also a stench from the rooms.
Perhaps can improve by placing air freshener at most areas.
Massage was so good and the atmosphere for the spa area was great.

Earlier time slot allocated to bus ride to the town will be good as the jam took out most of the time. Hence, by the time we reached the mall, a lot of shops closed and less than an hour, we had to take the bus back to the resort.
