Hotel check in and out procedure was fast. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Tried their sahur buffet and would prefer if there were more variety (I.e., omelette, porridge, western stations). It was mainly breads and rice dishes which I personally felt did not justify the higher price point than normal breakfast buffets which had more variety. View from my room was great with acres of plantation fields. There were also a decent amount of shops nearby (I.e., dobi/laundry, convenience stores, kedai runcit, kfc nearby).

The location of the hotel was relatively pleasant - close to eateries, convenience stores, pharmacies, and only a 20-minute drive from JPO. The hotel team's service was not too bad. They were friendly, as helpful as they can be given that they needed to make do with the product they were working in, and responsive. Though, there was one of them who was a trainee that didn't have any sense of being helpful whatsoever during my check-in. I booked a family room (x1 queen bed + x1 single) and a deluxe double (x1 queen bed) for the long weekend. Both rooms smelled funky, like it hasn't been occupied for a while. The windows were dusty, there were minor dirt stains around the edges of the sink head, the sink and the corners of the mirrors and not to mention the clog in the shower's outlet. The 'table' that was provided had black dirt stains at its slits and nooks. The double deluxe room that my parents were in apparently didn't have a window even. Not too sure if it was because we were there for a public holiday weekend, but I would expect my room to be made up with amenities like the shower gel and shampoo topped up for a 3D2N stay. Though, we were brought some when we called the reception. The air-conditioning in my room was very noisy, but at this point I was lucky that it was working and wasn't leaking. The banging of doors in the mornings were unbearable. It sounded like someone decided to open the room doors and left them to close by themselves on purpose. Oh, did I mention the WiFi? Well, it was pretty much non-existent. We tried to connect to a few of them a few times and it either says ”unable to connect” or ”incorrect password” and I'm sure it was the right password because they got it printed on their keycards. We made a call to the reception, and they were helpful with getting the connection to stabilize again and made sure to call me once it has. But it didn't last long. When they say free parking, they're not wrong. The fact that the hotel is made up of shop lots, parking is minimal in front of the hotel and it usually gets packed at breakfast and during dinner time. So I'd suggest either walking around that area or taking a Grab if you'd need to go a little further away from the hotel or risk losing your spot. In summary: 1. Not-to-bad location. Eateries nearby, convenient. 2. Hotel team is helpful 3. Rooms were horrendous 4. Definitely NOT returning.

My second stayed here and breakfast is included if booked directly online. The receptionist and staff are helpful and friendly. The facilities are very complete. Room as per picture .. fast check in/out. Bed are very comfortable. Everything is worth and nice. 24-hrs Indian Muslim food just opposite the hotel. Perfect location. Nearby to Paradigm Mall & Sutera Mall JB. 5 stars facilities with 2 stars price. The room is cosy and very clean. Parking is limited but easy to find behind or surrounding the hotel. A decent buffet style breakfast consists of noodles/nasi lemak, sausages, nuggets, bread with jam & butter, half-boiled eggs, juices, coffee & tea. Better than what I expected. Definitely will stay in this hotel again for my next business trip here! I will return to this hotel for future stay. The location of the hotel is superb, just a ten minute walk away bars and restaurants a plenty, what makes it so special is the way they make you feel very welcome, from cleaning staff, and receptionists a really great team. However, you would be able to hear noise from the street. If you are sensitive to noise or prefer soundproof, suggest to booked the windowless room.

Checked in very late during midnight, got a room 307. 1) Aircon is very dirty thus not cooling at all. Thinking is a small Budget hotel with the price point so I’m still ok... 2) no pillow case on the pillows & to make things worse, the pillows are extremely dirty!!! (See photos), went down to front desk lady ask for pillow case, she said no more pillow case! (A hotel run out of a very basic pillow case? unbelievable!) That’s it, no apology, no solution offered. I have stayed in many budget hotel in Johor Bahru but this is surely the worst experience! Will never stay in this hotel or any of their other branches. Ps: I’m writing this review lying on the dirty pillow wrapped with towel at 3:30am...

I was staying here as my friend suggested me this hotel to stay during my trip to a wedding ceremony at Kulai. I'm surprised that the lobby have quite refreshing smell with good ambience. This trip to Kulai and staying in this hotel totally blows my mind. -Each floor have water dispenser just in case 2 bottles in room weren't sufficient enough for those who are drink a lot. -They have complimentary chips and chocolate wafer, black coffee and tea with creamer. I wasn't expected that all rooms have mini bar in it and safety box -They provided praying mat for guest with kiblat in room, which is quite thoughtful and Muslim Friendly. -Curtains are fully blacked out. Bed are super duper comfy with 4 big fluffy pillows ! Had a great sleep during my solo trip -Iron with iron board are provided as well with hairdryer in bathroom. -They've amenities kits such as Shampoo, Shower Gel, Comb, toothbrushes and toothpaste,cotton bud and cotton pad, Shaving kit,and sanitary bag. Which surprise me as well because other 3 star hotel that i'ved stay most of it only prepared shower gel and shampoo and toothbrushes. -Breakfast buffet was amazing with adequate choices which is not just nasi goreng,mee goreng,fried chicken, egg ,nasi lemak just like 3 stars other hotels. I was told by receptionist that the buffet menu are different everyday. I've enjoyed their Salted Egg fried rice and KungPao Chicken. Their kuih muih and some sliced cake as desserts are amazing too but too sweet for me as I didnt have sweet tooth. -It was safe at night as there are security at the entrance and I saw notice in lift that the door locked starting 8:00pm. Only those guest with room card are able to enter. Another bonus : - Many eateries nearby with Aeon Mall just around 3-5 minutes walking distance. Have many banks nearby withing 5-10 minutes walking distance. -Can get Grab and Foodpanda easily. But Foodpanda are unable to send food to our room for safety purpose. They only can wait for us in the lobby. Although it is quite pricey depends on individual budget, but for the breakfast included are worthy. Downside is that hard to find parking space as it is a shop lot hotel. Only 1 washroom in lobby. Too many mirrors

We were looking for a hotel that is near to the airport. Booked there deluxe king and saw the review regarding about the noise pollution. We decided to proceed anyway but however it was unbearable as our flight is 7am and we have to check out by 5am. Though just a short hours layover, I'd hope management will take this feedback importantly. There's no amenities such as toothbrush (which is very important). you get what you pay!

Nothing to complaint about the location. Plenty of beauty services and food. Counter service is normal. Nothing to complaint nor praise. We bookes the premier room on level 27 in Tower 1. The lift take forever to come and due to that it is always crowded. The sink in the room is choked. Just a simple brush teeth session would cause the water level to keep rising to the brim of the sink. Wall paper is peeling on the bed head. Desk phone is covered with dust. Lots of patches on the room wall below the tv. Just wondering if it is so hard to fix all these unsightly areas to allow guest to have a very comfortable stay? We didnt bother to call the hotel to fix the sink since we are staying 1night. But cleaner would have noticed it during cleaning. There is also menses stain on the bedsheet. Is tiny spot but very noticeable on a white sheet. The table leg is spoilt. I am not sure if I would be back again. Maybe or maybe not.

Love the people at the front desk, they are always so happy and friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than usual but the staff were very apologetic. I stayed in the Urban room at level 12 facing the highway and river. To my surprise it was rather quiet I can’t really hear the traffic. Morning breakfast at level 6 was pretty crowded. The next morning I just went down earlier and it was great. The girls at breakfast were always happy to welcome us… keep it up 👍

It was fine for a day. There’s a lot of eateries af that stretch. Also theres malls nearby, super convenient. Also theres free snacks at the lobby and you can replenish your water too.

Hotel is perfect for a golf getaway from Singapore! The two golf courses Classic and Legacy both in extremely good shape and very well kept. The resort itself is a comfortable and clean place for rest after a long day on the course, also good views overlooking both courses. 👍🏻⛳️☝🏻
