Location is good, within Sutera area with food and entertainment all within walking distance.  Hotel has water dispenser, so free water.  BUT ventilation is not isolated and ****** was smoking in toilet next door that blew into our room.  Hotel staff stopped them but room still smell of smoke for rest of night.

I have stayed here countless times in this budget but decent hotel. Room is clean & good facilities. Inside room, Small space if to perform prayers but can perform on bed. Toilet not so big space but ok clean. Wifi working good. I like this hotel location in Skudai Baru near to Senai airport, UTM and nearby eateries. Overall, good stay & worth money paid.

I booked Executive King Room based on the reviews online. However I was very disappointed with the following: 1) The access door card denied me twice. I have to go to the reception twice to sort it out. Apparently they programmed different room number for my room. 2) The water for the shower leaked from the water pipe instead of came out from the shower head. The pressure was so low that I gave up to wash my hair. 3) There were hairs in the bathroom. Cleanliness need to be improved. 4) Whole night I can hear loud music from the bars nearby. Poor sound proofing as every now and then hear guests closing doors. Honestly, I really think it didn't deceived the high rating. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.
