Friendly & efficient staff. Very fast and easy check in and check out process. Lobby area provides water dispenser. Lobby area also have orange drink and hot coffee provided in the morning time. Comfy seats and tables at the lobby too. Clean room, clean towels, clean sheets too. Shower room clean also, in built hair dryer for easy hair drying. Thank you for the free upgrade room n bed. Appreciated very much! I had a comfortable and happy stay there.

Quite new. Even 2storey this hotel have lift. Room quite small but practical. Comes with ID. Price can be cheaper with similar star as compared to KL, eg Puteri Ampang, Easy Hotel, Palm Inn all of them are stone away from Ampang Point shopping complex.

Location is good, within Sutera area with food and entertainment all within walking distance.  Hotel has water dispenser, so free water.  BUT ventilation is not isolated and ****** was smoking in toilet next door that blew into our room.  Hotel staff stopped them but room still smell of smoke for rest of night.

Stayed for a night here due to car workshop in the nearby area to avoid Weekend custom jam. Decent hotel for a night stay, However shower drain clog. Causing a flood in the bathroom during shower. Water heater doesn’t seem to be working well. Mostly cold water all the way. Bedsheet / Pillow there is a smelly smell. Minor stain here and there. With the price paid, can’t seem to expect much. Plus point, hotel parking.

For a boutique hotel, I put this hotel above my expectations. The room and bathroom were clean & big enough. Toothbrush, toothpaste & safety box not provided. It's okay for me. Parking at the basement was free, I needed to verify the T&G card at the reception counter before exiting. Breakfast spread - delicious & quite a lot of choices. Got Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, baked beans, noodle soup, porridge, bread section, cakes, pudding, fruits, cereal & milk, coffee tea & fruit punch. Got a small pool at third flr, but I didn't see anyone swimming.

Wonderful hotel. Recommended. Abit far from city. If you have car. Shouldn't be a problem

This hotel is in need of some maintenance. The toilet bowl seat is not tightened. It's so uncomfortable sitting on it. The lamp hiding behind the mirror in the toilet has dropped out and wires are exposed. The window next door could seem from my room thus talking from them could be heard so clearly. The good thing is that the people here are really very friendly and nice.
