The hotel is clean, welcoming and staff are friendly. The check in was breezy and room is just as in pictures, cozy and tidy. The breakfast was hearty and staff serving the breakfast are always smiley with such warmth and enthusiasm to assist. The parking is somewhat confusing and is not complimentary, hotel guests are charged RM6/entry. The hotel is connected to Paradigm Mall and it’s easy to access. The location is in the midst of the busy Skudai Highway and the traffic going and coming to this place can be a little unbearable but the stay itself was good.

The apartment is located on top of Paradigm Mall. It makes eating and shopping very convenient. JBCity had a service counter at the lobby, which was good. Support through chat was fairly good and responsive. The place was clean and had 3 rooms - one master bedroom with attached bathroom, a room with queen size bed and another with a single bed. It had a living room with a sitting and dining area and a proper kitchen / service yard area. The place was fully air-conditioned and was equipped with a refrigerator and a washer dryer (but no laundry detergent). The place provided bath towels, body soap & shampoo, dish washing liquid (but no toothbrushes, no hand soap and hand towels). Cutleries were provided but not complete (5 bowls, 5 plates, 4 cups, 2 wine glasses, 4 spoons, 8 forks, 3 tea spoons, 1 chef knife, 1 pairing knife, 1 scope, 1 spatula). There was no wine opener even though there were wine glasses. There was a frying pan (no lid), one small pot (no lid), and a slightly bigger pot with lid. The stay was pleasant, barring a power blackout, which lasted 30 minutes until the chat support responded with how to reactive the supply and water seepage at the service yard area. We were provided with a designated parking lot with frequent guard patrol, which was good. The apartment comes with Gym, Swimming pool, bbq area which allowed for more activities. Overall a good place to stay for a family, but some areas of improvement exist.

The apartment is nice and clean, very convenient and comfortable staying with my families member up to 10 persons. Friendly customers service too.

The unit at level 10 was clean. I think the House keeping Rahim did a great job. Rahim was really helpful and friendly. This is the kind of hospitality service that brings us wanna go back again. Suggestion: * The downside is rooms all have a little weird smell. May want to consider ioniser machines to get rid of those smell. I cannot tell what that was. * beds were on a little hard side. Maybe can add a layer of topper to make it easier to sleep on * Location was great but they won't let us bring trolley up to the apt makes it quite a turn off as we were not able to bring up the water 6L and a few other things we bought without the trolley. * Swimming pool has a lot of small pebbles inside, i think it needs some clean up. My son hurt his feet in the regular pool.

Booked last min due to poor planning from my side for my company retreat & didn't expect much for this place, The moment we checked in, we are really impressed, not only its clean, the decor is on point , the best part the pool is just outside our unit. also there's washing machine & Dryer for this homestay too.

The location was good, right above Paradigm Mall. Service provider was prompt in replying to messages and gave clear check-in, check out guide with videos. The place is just nice for a family of 6. Slightly down side is the water pressure in the bathroom could be abit stronger, but this is subjective to individuals.

Super convenient place to stay with the Paradigm Mall directly accessible below the apartment. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it’s definitely value for money. We would come back again to stay with the same host in future!

Easy instructions to get access. But a little inconvenient to shift the car if you are driving as the carpark needs card access too. Building is 30floor high. Unit is in the middle. Near lift. Rooms are big and clean. Only downside is that the toilet is not equipped (no bath foam or shampoo, lack of hooks near the shower area for towel and clothes). Towels are provided. Shower area has no door so the toilet floor gets wet. Would be better if the hooks are near the shower area instead of at the extreme end of the big toilet. Toilet area cleanliness can be better - saw a few hair at the corners. Bed is comfortable. Enough pillows provided, not too soft. Very convenient to access paradigm mall. Lots of food options, shopping and activities for the whole family. Would recommend staying here!

Great location, just beside Paradigm Mall Aircon in master bedroom was not cold, but hosts were quick to attend to the issue.

Stayed for 1 night — everything was great! The residence is conveniently located near Paradigm Mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The host/management was friendly and responsive, and the check-in/check-out instructions were clear and hassle-free. The unit itself was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped — perfect for larger families or groups. Everyone had plenty of space to relax comfortably.
