Hotel pillow is soft type, 2 given per bed and super comfortable. Sound proofing is pretty good (didn't get woken up by any sounds beside or outside) Modern interior design and 4 wall socket + 1 beside the bed. Tv had YouTube but slightly slower due to older model. Lobby had sufficient seat while waiting for grab too. Free swimming pool access & it looks very clean. Overall satisfied with the stay and will be back/recommending to others.

We had a great stay at The Square Hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and came with two king-sized beds, perfect for families or groups. The location is excellent, with three shopping malls nearby, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. The room was very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. As a budget-friendly option, it offers great value with amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour front desk, and daily housekeeping. While the nearby bars can get lively at night, the hotel’s convenience and affordable rates more than make up for it. Perfect for business travelers or short stays! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Skudai.

Pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, with basic amenities that suited a short trip. Location was convenient—close to shopping malls, eateries, and easy access to the checkpoint. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. It’s not fancy, but great value for a fuss-free stay.

The place is a bit old, need abit of renovation, as our room some of the things are spoilt. But overall the place is very quiet and this hotel got very nice firewood bistro.

We had a great stay. But a little dusty in the room. No toothbrush set. Breakfast was good. There were halal restaurants around the vicinity.

The competition location is nearby, so I chose a hotel close to it. The competition time was changed, and my child’s event was rescheduled earlier. While I understand that changing the time is not allowed, I accepted that due to possible discounts. However, they also required that I could not stay in the same room for two nights, which is really frustrating. This meant I had to check out the next day, leaving my suitcase at the front desk, and then check into a different room in the afternoon, which is somewhat inconvenient. The location is convenient, and it's fine for a simple night's sleep, but it wasn't very comfortable

Did a short staycation at the Arts Hotel. Location is great as it is near Bukit Indah. Simple hotel room but spacious and amenities were provided. Cleanliness can be improved.

The hotel is well located in a vibrant area of bar and restaurant. The downside is the restaurant toilet is showing cracks. The bed was also too hard. Which made the stay rather uncomfortable.
