Wonderful hotel.. all of staff is very kindness and very smiling.. beach club are very nice palace... we ver like happy hour system ~ villa Aldo nice and excellent. Only this hotel so far market ..

The hotel is quite remote and there is almost nothing around. You must have a means of transportation when traveling. The room is very large and has a holiday atmosphere. The hotel is also very beautiful. However, I personally think that the integrity of the hotel staff needs to be considered...

As an example, the taxi we had ordered to go to the airport on the last day left us stranded and thanks to the young man at the reception we were able to arrive on time. There was no transfer available at the hotel, but he did us the enormous favor of calling people he knew to get us a ride.
The facilities are amazing too. We were also lucky that there was little occupancy, so there were days when we were alone in the pool.
Regarding cleanliness, it is true that it has been the cleanest hotel we have been to in Indonesia, but if you are looking for European cleanliness standards, you will not find them. The bathroom needed a good dose of anti-limescale and anti-rust.

What a fantastic place this is!
We stayed in the hillside pool villa and have never seen a view like this before🤩
The room is super large and fully equipped. There is even a kitchenette.
The bathroom is also spacious and has 2 showers, 2 sinks and a bath.
The cleaning is very good every day and the bed sleeps wonderfully!
The staff is super friendly and always there for you.
What we also really liked is that the room service is included, so you don't have to leave your villa if you don't want to. You can even order a floating breakfast.
We had a fantastic time here and will definitely recommend this beautiful place!

The experience in the Sundancer was amazing. We went for a couple of nights and we loved the welcoming from Dwayne and the treatment of all the staff was incredible. The facilities are beautiful. We liked a lot the pool and the rooms. We felt like our home-away-from-home. We recommend a lot to go to the Sundancer.

This place can be great but it’s not. I stayed in one of the more expensive rooms with an incredible ocean view and Infiniti pool. The staff are friendly but that’s where it ends. One restaurant with limited menu and early end to breakfast even though it’s advertised until 11am. The property is pretty vacant and in need of much repair. Cracked ceilings, abandoned and creepy spaces in the room and on the property like the spa and gym which has ample facilities but dark and abandoned when you go to use. Worst part, this is not a walkable property so if you’re in a room on the hill you’ll have to wait for pick up which took 30 minutes in some cases. Electricity and WiFi spotty, and overall not the safest because of lack of lighting. There are definitely better properties.
