Wonderful hotel and beach. Very tasty food in the restaurant. Nice house has everything you need, this hotel thinks about its guests. I was especially pleased with the summer shower outside)

Avoid this place as far as you can. When i desperately needed help, they took advantage of me, just to get more money. Due to a technical problem I accidentally made a double booking for the same days, but i noticed the mistake approx 10 min. after the booking and immediately wrote to Cocotinos. I explained the situation in details and kindly asked them to cancel my reservation for free, which they had the opportunity to do so. Instead of doing this, they just replied very shortly that they can’t help and won’t return any money. I found this an incredibly bad move, not just because i lost quite a lot of money, but also because when you are traveling alone, especially so far away you rely on other people for help. They knew my situation and instead of being decent, they just took the easy money. Indonesian people have otherwise amazing hospitality, go and find another place with good people. Here don’t expect any decency or help when you are in need of it.

Staff very nice and helpful. Room service plates not collected. Mouse/rat in room at night. Lots of monkeys around although they didn't come in. We had 2 bed villa will pool. Villa 1. Clean and spacious. No view. Breakfast limited and average although pancakes were delicious. Can swim at beach on high tide. Went to Desert Point from here by car. Very bad road but driver was great. About 45mins trip. Nowhere close to eat so must eat in hotel but food was okay.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the last ten years. The location is superb and is has been maintained to an extremely high standard. It has a range of rooms and prices ranging from garden view, pool view and beach front cottage's with you own plunge pool, the staff are amazing and nothing is too much bother. My wife had a slight medical issue one night and they moved heaven and earth to get a DR and nurse to the hotel within 35 minutes We always stay in a beach front cottage and they are amazing We have tried 3 other hotels in the area offering similar accommodation and walked out of ALL THREE after 2 hrs AFTER checking in THIS IS THE OLY PLACE TO STAY IN THE SEKATONG AREA The photos on their site ae a true and accurate representation of the resort unlike many other resorts when you wonder when they were taken or who phot shoped them They have there own boats for diving or trips to the plentiful islands in the immediate area, a stunning and clean white sand beach and there own private jetty I guarantee you will not be disappointed, my wife has banned me from any further experimentation with other hotels in the area On a good morning you can watch the sun rise framing MT Rinjani and lighting up the bay

A beautiful villa suite of rooms with pool and beach front facilities. Really good food, beer and wine. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff who helped to make our stay very special. Highly recommended

Be careful with your bills. They have tried to charge me twice for food. Beach full of litter. Poor to be honest. The room was nice enough though. Food on the poor side. Far from airport. Don't go to gilli islands as litter strewn hole. Could and should be paradise but it's not

Best of Lombok accommodation so far!! Our garden view room was set amongst tropical flowers and birdlife, spacious and clean. The ocean view villas just in front were stunning with individual tiny pools and loungers facing the ocean, but we loved our private and beautiful room one row behind (no.15). My favourite was the outdoor private shower, with flowers and birds.
The staff were excellent, food the best on our trip to Lombok
We enjoyed snorkelling at the Three Secret Gilis, lots of fish and a turtle, but if we’d had more time would have definitely spent the extra for a trip to a better snorkelling spot as suggested by our guide.
