We happen stay in room 11 the last bedroom although the walking is a bit further but the view is beautiful but during this period the wind is really strong we hardly can spend time in patio …so we will wish to go back again during month of mar again ! We like to thk you for all the services staff especially Lee ! He is a strong guy he carry out 2 Luggage’s during our check out 😜

Remote paradise on the other side of the island, and an amazing bungalows away from day to day busy life. The offered an amazing breakfast daily & many things to do.. like a remote beach where 15-25 boats arrive during the day to enjoy as well, but it never seemed crowded. They had kayak & snorkeling available. The owner was great to ask for feedback as they are implementing more things to resort. Thank You Pak Hasan, Mahli, Pino, Desi, Rizal, Jalal, Amin and Anti… 5 Star Service from each of you. I would say they could improve the driveway entrance & Lombok needs to improve roads for visitors (in general). I’m sure this will happen over time. It was worth the bumps & rocky road to enjoy the disconnect. The owner is also bringing in more food variety to the lunch & dinners. If you want to see Monkeys there are a ton of them.. non-aggressive by the private beach 10 minutes away. Overall it’s a winner if you want beauty & peace & quiet…. Like a couples & honeymoon spot. I was solo & I loved it and my off the grid time.

What was supposed to be a relaxing holiday in Lombok turned into a nightmare due to the hotel's complete failure to provide basic security for guests. *The Incident:* On May 28, 2025, cash totaling *$500 USD and 8,000 Indian Rupees was stolen directly from our hotel room*. The money was taken from a purse that also contained our passports, making this not just a theft but a serious breach of security involving important travel documents. *Hotel's Response:* The hotel management showed no accountability for this security failure. Instead of taking responsibility for the inadequate security measures on their premises, we were left to deal with the aftermath ourselves. *Impact on Our Holiday:* - Had to spend our vacation time at the *police station filing complaints* instead of enjoying Bali - Experienced significant *mental stress and trauma* from the violation of our personal belongings - *Complete disruption of our planned activities* and loss of enjoyment - Additional expenses and complications due to the theft *Security Concerns:* The fact that money could be stolen from a locked hotel room indicates serious flaws in their security protocols. Hotels have a fundamental duty to protect guests' belongings, and Jeeva Beloam has clearly failed in this basic obligation. *Official Documentation:* We have filed an official police report (Report No. 23/VI/2025) with Polsek Jerowaru documenting this incident, which serves as proof of the hotel's security failure. *Recommendation:* I strongly advise traveler's to *avoid this property* due to serious security issues. Choose accommodations that can actually guarantee the safety of your belongings and provide a secure environment for guests. *What Could Be Improved:* - Implement proper security measures to protect guest belongings - Install adequate surveillance systems - Take responsibility when security failures occur - Provide appropriate compensation for losses due to negligence This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had.
