Wilderness Nice hotel situated near the middle of Seinajoki and only a short 5-minute walk to the train station. Lovely, friendly staff I certainly recommend the sauna to freshen you up after a long journey

This is a nice hotel, with good reception and helpful reception staff. It is a short drive from the train station by taxi. Reception can always arrange a taxi for you to get anywhere. It is Finnish and the signage in the hotel is not in English. Even signing onto their free Wifi system is award as there is no translate button. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was a place that locals come to eat at. When we visited there was building work going on, with workman on the roof outside our fish floor bedroom window. There was a problem with our air-conditioning not turning down and all the reception could do was give us a key to open the window. The room had a nice shower, TV, Safe, iron and board, hairdryer, but no fridge. Reasonable place to stay in Seinäjoki

I've tried all the hotels in Seinäjoki and this one is my favourite. The location is excellent, downtown, easy to find and with its own underground safe parking (8€ per 24 hrs). There are places to recharge electric cars. There are small shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and bars around the hotels within walking distance. The staff has all the time been very nice and helpful. I had a standard room this time and it was very quiet and clean. Shower and toilet inside the bathroom and inside the room, an iron + ironing table, a safe box, a kettle with free tea and coffee facilities, a TV, a desk and a small sofa. I regret they have removed the minibar, they could have left the fridge empty, it could have been practical to store fresh drinks in summer. On the second floor, there is a free sauna and a small gym with enough equipment to train. The breakfast buffet was very good, there is everything you need to fill your stomach. I really recommend this hotel, especially if you go by car and want a safe and warm place to park in winter.
