Je conseille cet hôtel pour la qualité de ses installations, notamment la piscine, le sauna et le hammam. La chambre était impeccable et très bien équipée. Cependant, le petit déjeuner pourrait offrir plus de variété, et la salle à manger manque de convivialité à cause de son éclairage trop intense, particulièrement inadapté pour le repas du soir.

Stayed for two nights and I was sad to leave. The food was amazing, the staff were amazing (and spoke fantastic English - to make up for my terrible Portuguese) and the room was super comfortable. The swimming pool and saunas were clean and pleasant and I also had a foot treatment which was the best I’ve ever had! For the price I cannot fault it at all. Thank you to all of the staff, especially the two ladies at the front desk that I interacted with and the gentleman in the restaurant, I had a really nice time.

Wonderful stay! Not fancy but great attention to detail: kind staff, comfortable beds, great air-conditioning (which you need in August!) We had a family room that suited our family of 4 comfortably. Also, absolutely do not miss having dinner at the restaurant- it looks unassuming and typical- but the food is incredible!! We also enjoyed the pool and spa. This hotel has everything you need, done just right, and nothing you don't need- which also makes it a very good value!! Finally, I left a shirt behind and they emailed me (I hadn't even realized I left it) and offered to mail it to me :-)

Very well located hotel, for those who want to visit the Serra Estrela tower. Comfortable and clean rooms. We stayed in a family room that was perfect for 4 people. Indoor heated pool overlooking the mountains, which in our case were lucky enough to have a lot of snow. Breakfast well served. Friendliness of employees. I recommend
