Very nice place to stay near Serra da Estrela, very family oriented. Great indoor pool when the weather is not great for the outdoor pool. Great breakfast with local food. A 30 minutes drive to Torre n Serra da Estrela, great place to visit any time of the year. Highly recommend

Very nice property and well kept. Really enjoyed it. Shame it didn't have a Restaurant on-site, which means that one has to plan to go somewhere to get a meal.

The place is adorable but very old amenities like the showers, etc. The grounds are nice with a beautiful pool. There is a cute, old playground and tennis court. Breakfast is good. The pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable and bathroom grout could use some scrubbing. The host and employees were extremely nice and welcoming. Wish we would have had time to hang out at the location. Free bikes to ride around.

Simplesmente maravilhoso. Instalações confortáveis e, apesar de estar a nevar na serra e frio durante a noite, o quarto estava com uma temperatura ótima. Mas ainda assim, havia a possibilidade de utilizar o AC, o que não foi necessário, ou pode-se acender a lareira, pois disponibilizam lenha e acendalhas para o fazer. O quarto tem uma mini kitchnet com o essencial para poder cozinhar (frigorífico, micro ondas, placa, louça, talheres) e uma mesa onde se pode tomar as refeições. O pequeno almoço é variado e com qualidade. Têm uma piscina de água aquecida interior para utilização gratuita dos clientes. Como fomos na altura do frio não pudemos utilizar a piscina exterior, mas tem aspeto de ser bem cuidada e será certamente apetecível no verão. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

Água morna para fria. Alertados noite anterior e manhã seguinte igual. Segunda pessoa a tomar banho Água totalmente fria. Luzes ligaram se "sozinhas " 7: 30 da manhã. Observação recepção... Água teríamos de esperar 10mnt até vir quente ( colocando ainda a "culpa" no cliente que ligou a torneira ao contrário) e luzes foi um teste que já estava previsto descartando a responsabilidade para a colega da noite anterior que não alertou das situações. Nada de pedido de desculpa nem uma atenção ao cliente pelo sucedido!

Prijs kwaliteit is deze accomodatie zeker dik in orde. Ruim appartement op een super terrein in een mooie omgeving die niet toeristisch is. Mooi ruim zwembad (ook een binnen zwembad). Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Kitchenette is heel basic.

Hotel excelente para passar uns dias com família, equipa super simpática e comodidades a corresponder ao esperado. Localização excelente para se poder conhecer a Serra da Estrela e arredores. Espaços exteriores enormes que a convidar para caminhadas pela natureza e na companhia de alguns animais residentes.
