Very helpful staff I may have mis spell Diez. Night shift on 4.22. We plan to drive to Madrid but unsure if we can due to our rented car had not applied the entry permit. He had been super helpful, searching in website n found where v may park our car outskirt of Madrid n take a train to go. Clear instruction. Real helpful! Room size is big n clean. Great view n v had dinner in the restaurant.

Structurally beautiful, Great views and lovely room. ….but, something uncomfortable about staying there. Weird that we were not allowed outside on Saturday night because there was a wedding… we were clearly in the way as just ordinary guests! We felt like prisoners in our room , only alternative was the bar… which had a football match on the tv. We quite liked listening to the loud wedding pub band from our balcony until late into the evening. So, overall - not at all what we expected from a parador!

The view is very good, you can see the whole old city, cost-effective

Hygiene: The hotel is very hygienic. Service: Enthusiastic. Environment: Located outside the city, enjoy the panoramic view of the city. Especially the morning sun, shining on the city, the balcony has a full view of the city. Parking: The hotel has its own parking lot, which is very convenient.

Very good location to enjoy the views of the Cathedral, Alcázar and Aqueduct. Very good service both in rooms and in the restaurant.

房間有許多蛾蚋，那種下水道蠅，很噁心，要求更換了房間，但是服務員先來噴一屋子的殺蟲劑，害我們收拾行李時差點窒息。 沒有門口招待員，行李自己拉好遠，餐廳服務也不好，服務員看到我們都不理睬，早餐要了咖啡，卻在吃完了才送上來，churro也炸得咬不動。退房走的時候還多收了30歐元，櫃枱人員用西班牙話跟我們説一堆，又不是不知道我們聽不懂，懶得計較，但是感覺不爽。 離城區遠，觀光不方便，唯一優點衹是景觀好。

It was great to have free and plentiful parking, the rooms were large and had a balcony with a wonderful view. Best sheets ever, super comfortable beds and a large luxurious bathroom. Loved everythign about this Parador

Slightly disappointed. We stayed for 3 nights in April 2024 and booked a junior suit. The room had views over the city which was great. We changed our booking for September from La Granja to Segovia due to this and again booked a Junior suit for three nights. The Room in September overlooked the carpark and a barren hillside and was located above the conference center. The views make this hotel and paying for a junior suit with a view of the car park was not what we expected. There should be a price differential to indicate which rooms have views and which do not. All of the hotel staff at breakfast and in the bar were brilliant. The room spoiled the experience and unless we can specify a view we will not return in 2025

This is a very good hotel with amazing views and possibly the most beautiful reception / bar / restaurant area we have ever seen. Only 3 mins car drive from the historical center, it has also a number of amenities that can make the stay very enjoyable. Reccomended.

Highly impersonal parador, no value for money. Highly disappointing not to have courtesy water in the room even after kindly requesting.

Many aspects of our stay were lovely. The staff were excellent, professional and polite. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The food was good, although lacking in vegetables or vegetarian options. Why not offer more bean dishes or high fibre salads? The views were fabulous and the grounds are extremely well maintained. Parking is also plentiful and in the shade. But dear God, those beds are hard! Absolutely rock hard. We couldn’t get comfortable: in fact we couldn’t sleep. We resolved to give up on Paradors. No matter how lovely the building, the view and the staff, the most fundamental thing a good hotel needs to offer is a good night’s sleep, and on that point, it was unbearable. A few minor points in addition: in the bathroom there’s no soap for the bidet and only one towel for it too. I think the point of a bidet is to achieve cleanliness in certain areas, and the lack of soap and towels meant that you were spreading germs to each other and to the hand soap. Yuk.

Large hotel. Unique panoramic view of the city across the valley. Photogenic. Nice 25m pool but poolside needs more shade. Breakfast buffet would benefit from more food selections (croissants? Fewer sweets) and better coffee service. Patio dining was unique and special—that view! Strong WiFi, modern plumbing, quiet sleeping, nice room balcony, enough light to read a book. Adequate electrical outlets compared to most EU lodgings. Parking needs electric car chargers. Go Green!
