Very clean and friendly staff

Nice place great for family price is right!!!

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, relatively new facilities, but unfortunately there is no breakfast.

It's worth the money. I saw that it was mainly rented by families. The facilities are a bit old, but still usable. There are 5Guys, McDonald's, and Walmart nearby. It's OK.

Stayed here back in the day never had a problem with bugs I stayed from march 28th to the 31st 3 days the room was comfy beds tv cable heat ac I liked all that but the floor was very sticky I had to wear slippers and shoes would never walk on this hard wood floor barefoot u could hear the stickyness anytime I lift ur foot up from the floor also their was a bunch of ants crawling in the bathroom I went to take a shower I opened up a brand new white towel 2 ants were in the middle of the towel folded up I kinda brushed it off no big deal cause the hotel is near the woods it’s life u may find a bug in ur room but then the next morning I go to use the bathroom I noticed 10 to 20 more ants crawling on the bathroom floor comeing out of a crack in the bathroom they were crawling on the heater baseboard their was one crawling on my girls hair straightener when we woke up I started notecieing a lot more ants when I started looking harder I saw them everywhere when I stayed back in the day they had carpet rooms I never saw bugs now it’s hardwood floors I personally like hotels better with carpet rooms but that’s just me maybe it was just that 1 room I stayed in it was room 128 I think the cleaning lady should mop the floors better instead of just sweeping it it needs to be mopped cause the stickyness on the floor clearly someone spilled something in that room would I stay here again yes probley besides the ants and sticky floor everything else was good was quiet for most part

Clean, no frills stay for the area. Convinient parking right in front of room. Hot shower and clean towels.

Room was clean, well equiped and comfortable. Pricing was very competitive for the area. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Room was updated and clean. Staff had nice touches with the decor, towel designs, etc. Bed was a little hard but i like extra plush. Furniture was comfortable in general. Good size fridge. 2 sinks.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Providence but not expensive. The hotel had what most would call charm and quaint. My room was clean, the sheets were well used but clean. The room cozy. Coffee was offered in the lobby but was lukewarm so I just microwaved it in my room. Behind the hotel was country like setting while the front of the hotel was a main drag with Walmart, Target and tons of fast food restaurants, yet far enough away from the road not to hear the traffic.

I woke up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and i seen a roach. The bathroom was disgusting. The staff didn’t care and seemed to young to work there.

Room was nice and at a good price l will be staying again next month.p

On a long New England road trip, so I needed a comfy place to stay one overnight. This was for a Friday night, and hotel rooms in RI around Providence were extremely expensive. I found this alternative, across the state line in Seekonk, Mass, which was more economical than others. I called in from a stop on my trip that I would be arriving very late. Spoke with Jay, who was courteous and reassuring that my (pre-paid) room would be ready when I got there. Checked in, during early hours of Saturday. The room was clean/comfortable/renovated, in a "classic motel style." I checked out right at 11:00 am (with a bit of added "injury time"). Very hospitable housekeeper Ana was gracious as I loaded my car to get on my way, again. Many good places to eat are nearby. Colonial Inn Seekonk served me well. Thank you!

I stayed here for one night and although the room was clean and accommodating, it was right next to the ice machine and vending machines, an outside exit, and the front desk. I travel about 2 months a year and this will be one of the places I remember for negative reasons. Even more so because upon check out I merely got a weary "sorry" for the room's awful location within the inn.
